Overall our property purchase went fairly smooth. The viewing appointments were very prompt & the folks over at Ocean were very helpful.

The only nitpick I have is that communication between myself and the Vendor was forwarded between the two via the Estate Agents. Meaning I had access to the vendors email address and full copies of the emails.

I think that this kind of communication regarding a purchase should be summarised and/or interpreted into the Estate Agent's own words, as we might as well have been emailing each other directly.
