Great support from Luigi and Tracey in our remortgaging process, they have been very helpful in our house buying and remortgaging journey.

Good support throughout the buying process, clarified doubts promptly, updated the entire process on time. Good dealing with customer and particularly liked the way you giving consideration of our minute requirements and opportunity to revisit our needs.
I would like to suggest a little more improvement in communication towards the last process of buying as we faced some confusions towards the end( not completely got what was happening between both party's solicitors).

Ocean were great initially and we got a sale quickly. Unfortunately our buyers sale fell through so it all had to start again. They were great keeping us informed at every stage. We got a good price and were happy. The issue came after about three months when things had stalled and we really didn't feel that they were doing all they could to get it moving. Eventually after 6 months from initial sale and 3 months from the second stage, we said we were pulling out if things didn't move and then hey presto! Exchanged 10 days later. Lulu was new and it felt like she really got on it when she started. By then the price wasn't as good as prices keep going up in Bristol of course but they got more than we were suggested by another agent so think think was OK. Overall we would recommend but you ronjave to chase hard when selling a house.

I have moved home several times before, but it has never gone as smoothly and quickly as this time using Ocean Estate Agents in Shirehampton. Once I agreed to sell my property with them it was like a well-oiled machine springing into life. Communication was frequent and helpful, all my questions were answered promptly, and I really felt like they were all working flat out to achieve the best sale for me.
Following an offer being accepted, they appointed a Move Manager in their team who kept in touch with and chased all parties to keep the process moving. Exchange happened within weeks and completion soon followed - a testament to the efforts of the whole Ocean team.
I would thoroughly recommend Ocean when it comes to buying and selling your property.

Had a valuation from Claire Kington on my property in order to get things ready to go on the Market. Very friendly approach whilst offering direct and honest opinion which provided me the confidence to proceed with moving forward and selling my property with Ocean.

following up the initial valuation by booking the photographer and quote for legal services which has greatly been appreciated.

My partner and I bought our first home and cane to Ocean from a family recommendation. Everything was new to us and the support we received was amazing, they are happy to help with any questions we had. Karen Lassauzet was especially attentive and kind to us both in communication and making sure everything was completed to its full potential. I cannot provide a 5* review as everyone has room to improve and we did feel the process took longer than expected, this may not be in fault of Ocean themselves. However, I would highly recommend Ocean altogether, the portal is a great tool to review your progress as well!

Fantastic team at Ocean Knowle, recently supported me with a purchase. Their move team are exceptional, keeping all parties updated and engaged throughout the process. If I had been the seller (their client) I’d have paid them double for all their hard work!

When purchasing the property I used Ocean Lawyers who are affiliated. They too were fantastic and as I’d hoped, have a good relationship with the estate agents which meant they were always fully informed!
