I found Ocean lettings very helpful in getting our rental property sorted. Charlotte Payne was especially good in keeping us informed and up to date on how things were going and what we needed to do.

I sold 2 houses with ocean within a year and found them to be very good.
The staff have been very supportive and helpful along with keeping me up to date with everything. Hopefully I also kept them up to date with everything going on especially with my late mums property. I would like to thank Lulu and Billy especially.

Ocean were good but we stipulated a few times that we wanted all pots and rubbish removed from the property we were purchasing. However everything was left for us to get rid of (another expense). Surely this should be checked out
