James was great and went above and beyond to get me what I needed and assisted every step of the way

James was extremely helpful in getting us secure the right car for our needs. We are happy with the services, no unpleasant surprises on the way, everything was transparent and communicated on time. The whole process was fairly easy, especially considering we are new to the country and that can cause delays but we are thankful they managed everything quite well.

I was looking for finance for a new car. Jacob Ratcliffe got in touch with me and understood what I was looking for and responded in a timely manner with also speaking to the garage and confirming them on the progress.
What I like the most about Jacob is the clarity.
On the tech side the verification was not smooth but then physical verification had to be done by sending documents and that was very quick and happy with the whole process

I’m not the easiest person to deal with but James had so much patience with me , very understanding due to the little opportunities we had to discuss anything due to my work commitment's.
James helped guide me to car dealership that had great reputations.
