We had new windows and a front door (which oak windows and doors copied for us from one we’d seen and liked) fitted in May 2025 by Oak Windows and Doors. The service was exemplary throughout-from design to completion and beyond. Seriously impressed with the quality of the windows and door as well as the professionalism and finish the fitters achieved. Even with a tiny snag over the door after completion, oak windows and doors were massively helpful, returning to address any small issue.
We’d wholeheartedly recommend this company & are very grateful to them for doing such a great job with so little disruption and such a great finish.

Professional and friendly team who measured up and later fitted 2 beautiful doors and frames. Front door traditional paint finish and back door in oak with semicircular fanlights above. Not an easy task in our Victorian house with many cables to contend with. Very pleased with our new doors and would highly recommend this company

From our first appointment to the final day of installation we could not have been happier. Our new doors are just what we wanted at a much better price and quality than the company we had engaged to replace our windows.

Oak windows and doors limited replaced 6 glazed external doors, all of which were different designs or size. From our initial query, to completion and installation of the bespoke doors, we had excellent service from the whole team: whether designers, fitters or office team. A minor issue after fitting was dealt with rapidly and effectively. We are delighted with the final doors: they look beautiful and are entirely weatherproof (unlike our previous ones). We will definitely use this company when it comes to replacing our windows and have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone

We've been using Oak Windows and Doors for the past 6 years, as we renovate our house and have new requirements. They're always helpful and great to work with. They respond in a timely manner, and keep you informed during the build phase. The installers know what they're doing and install the windows and doors to a high standard. Mess is tidied away, and the team will always check that you are happy with everything before final payment. We recommended them to our neighbours, who also had their door created to their specification, and are very pleased.

From the initial visit to the final fitting, OakWindows&DoorsLtd. were absolutely fantastic and I have a house full of beautifully made windows and doors which are improving the insulation of my old house. Some of the windows are arched and curved, no problem for these craftsmen. A huge benefit is they design, make and fit too. A small company who are a pleasure to work with.

The installation (Dec 2022) was carried out with insufficient care and we had lots of problems. To make matters worse Oak Windows had tried to conceal the problems in the hope we wouldn't notice.

We pointed the issues out and they acknowledged things hadn't been done well. They said they would have taken more care but knew our windows and doors would be covered by shutters! This attitude surprised and shocked us.

They promised to put things right. But the weeks and months passed and they failed to prioritise the work. We had to badger and cajole them every step of the way and they made only incremental progress fitting the work around other jobs. It took them 7 months before we could replace the internal shutters and get back to normal.

If you are considering using Oak Windows we would strongly recommend holding back at least 30% of the total cost until the job has been done properly.

We had a new oak front door made for our home by Oak Windows and Doors. Every dealing we had with the staff was effective and very pleasant. The door itself is a thing of beauty with excellent workmanship. And even once the door was installed and we weren't entirely happy with the look of the bottom weather strip, the staff were very accommodating and worked with us to sort it out. It now looks entirely professional and we couldn't be more delighted with it.
