Oak Furniture UK gave us an excellent service from choosing our furniture right through to delivery. David was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products he was selling and we would deal with them again. We would highly recommend them.

Outstanding assistance and service with no pressure to buy. Leah offered to send me photos by email of different views of furniture I was interested in. I went to their amazing huge store in the end and am so happy i did as i chose some chairs that were new in that week and I probably wouldn't have thought of them off their web page. Brilliant service throughout competitive pricing too.

I highly recommend this Company. I ordered glass cabinet and paid for it. Unfortunately it was not in stock. David Harris dealt with this very quickly and he was very helpful. I called the company to ask a couple of questions about the product and delivery. They could not have been more helpful. The website was very easy to use. The delivery was quick with plenty of notice before they arrived. Two gentlemen took the very heavy items upstairs, unpacked them and removed all the cardboard and polystyrene. Used shoe covers in the house and got it upstairs without any issues. Workington may sound a long way but buying from them is a must. The oak desk and matching filing cabinet are absolutely brilliant. Very pleased indeed. It is such a shame that people buy from another store and then mistakenly add bad feedback to this company who are one of the best I have ever dealt with.
