Stuart was absolutely brilliant today in o2 Glasgow City Centre. After a previous difficult experience in store, I was quite apprehensive but he was so friendly, patient and helpful. He went out of his way to sort everything with my phone! He completely turned my experience around and I really appreciated his kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you, Stuart

Service with a smile and great attention to detail
So there I was having problems with my mobile and thought that I would have to buy a new one. As I am with O2, I thought take a walk into Glasgow City centre and have a word with the staff in the buchanan street O2 store. I spoke to a nice gentleman who meets and greets, and I explained my problem. He immediately began investigating the problem and took me to one of the female staff ... a lovely lady called Christelle. My goodness, she got to work on the problem immediately. I just stood there with my mouth open wide watching her set about the problem. Amazingly, the problem that I had been fighting with for two weeks, began to disappear and after around 6 minutes, she had solved everything !!! What a skilled lady 👏. Here was me thinking that I was going to spend hundreds of pounds on a new mobile and then Christelle gave my mobile CPR and brought it back to life. They refused to charge me for the service and were only too happy to help. The gentleman who I first spoke with even walked me to the door and opened it for me. Incredible service from O2 staff, they could not have been more helpful, a real credit to themselves and O2. the next time they see me will be to buy 2 new phones for me and the missus... how could I go anywhere else ? Well done that shop.

I faced great difficulty dealing with a couple of issues on the phone with customer services regarding my account and changing my legal name.
I then went into the o2 shop on Buchanan street & the staff were really helpful in assisting me with my issues.
They (Christelle & Ecaterine) listened to my concerns & helped me with numerous issues regarding my o2 account & acted really professionally absolute super stars 🌟

I went into this branch on the 5/8/26…
I went into this branch Buchanan street in Glasgow city centre on the 5/8/26 to inform them my husband passed away and he had 2 sim deals for me and my daughter .
Dylan and Christelle went above and beyond to help us with this and calling up the bereavement team to get our new sims sorted they spent over an hour helping us and stayed back after closing to get this issue resolved .Dylan and Christelles customer service was phenomenal through this difficult and hard time for us what a credit they are to your company can’t thank them enough .

O2, virgin media and Google pixel,
Bought my phone & SIM from O2 Buchanan street 10 April 2024 started to get problems with my calls since virgin media took over my call not being heard so I have to restart my phone about 4 times just to get the call heard and have to call over & over again, when I put it on loud speaker I can hear myself like a robotic back while I am talking, internet on phone keeps dropping and most off the time no signal, but after a year and a half still no satisfaction from O2, virgin media or Google who left it till my guarantee ran out & wanted me to send them £599 to sit and wait till they sent my phone to be repaired & if they did not see anything wrong with it I would have been charged this is diabolical for 3 big companies to treat their loyal customer for 20 years like this is horrific

Christelle at Glasgow branch
I visited the Glasgow branch on Saturday. It was a very pleasant and friendly environment. I was having a nightmare with Virgin Media sales who mis-sold and ignored my wishes of not to change my contract and went ahead and changed it anyway,. They wouldn't even cancel their changes when i tried well within their so called 14 day cool-off period.This ended up with an O2 sim account being created i my name against my expressed wishes. I could not resolve this over the phone with Virgin Media. Went into O2 store and Christelle, listened to what i had to say. I explianed stress this had caused me and she read the documentation i had. She quickly appologised and cancelled the Sim card immediately. Hopefully that will be the end of it. Thank you again Christelle. Please keep these high street stores open, they are vital, great face-to-face customer service. :)

Excellent service from brilliant staff!
Stuart was extremely welcoming and friendly. Nothing was a problem at all. He was right on it with advice and helped me to get a better plan for my mobile. Stuart solved the issue of my phone not charging so that was fixed too. He was so helpful and very funny too! Could not recommend him more highly. Excellent service! Stuart then passed me onto Israel to complete the paperwork. He too was so kind and helpful. Two fabulous members of staff.
