Hi there. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay. As mentioned on product page, it would take up to 14 business days for the delivery. And due to the current global situation, there can be slight additional delay of 3-5 business days. As per tracking, your order is already on its way to reach NZ and get cleared by Customs before it is handed over to local courier to deliver it to you. It should reach you by end of this week or early next week.
