I have been a customer of Numbergroup since 2012, Numbergroup supply around 50 telephone numbers, which include international numbers. For us and we also use them on our pbx calls.

Would recommend Numbergroup as they have been very reliable through out the years and have never let me down.

Having started my Photography company for the first time, I was a bit worried to take the next step to get any sort of phone system set up. Ben was more then helpful with this and helped me every step of the way! I didn't have a clue on what system to purchase but Ben advised me on what would work best for me. The services are very affordable would recommend!

Great company, been with them for about 5 years now and their service is excellent, I work for a local authority and have never really had any issues with service, on the odd occasion where our communications equipment has been playing up their technical team has always been there to help.

I have been a customer of Number Group for a couple of years now and would recommend their services if you are looking for a VOIP / telecoms services.

Ok. We have been with number group for 5/6 years now if not longer and have only ever had one problem over billing and that way because I used the wrong PayPal account. But once in contact I was called back within minutes and everything was back to normal. We are just upgrading to the new luna pbx system and i cant find many voip providers out there that can beat 5000 incoming and outgoing calls to landline and mobile for the price. I know they have bad reviews at the start but i take into account that it was probably a man or a women trying to setup a business and work a full-time job at the same time.

Superb service and number set up within one hour of enquiry.
Free for six months and highly competitive prices after trial period. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Possibly the best 0800 number service out there.

I feel I must say, Number group offer an amazing service, before I joined them I was with another provider and was messed around so much I needed a change.

I joined Number Group and it was obvious from the start that this was going to be an entirely different experience, the technical side of things is easy, even for a technophobe like me, the customer service is first class, and the value for money equals the service.

All in all, great service, great Company, if you need these services, dont think twice.

I recently joined the number group for my new business number, I had many years ago used these guys and received an excellent service, this is the reason I came back again. In need of a comprehensive telecoms package, I was recommended Number Group. And I could not be happier with the service we have received thus far. They made the transition from our old provider incredibly easy, and have continued to provide high quality service whenever we have queries ever since. They have yet to disappoint in any of our dealings, and I doubt we'll be looking anywhere else for phone services any time soon.

I chose the free phone number package from Numbergroup for 6 months. The customer service was great and the follow up was very helpful. After 4 months I decided to go with the business package,haven't had any problems so far. They are cheap, provide quality service and the staff are friendly.

A word to the wise...

This outfit will cut your services without any warning...!

I had 200 numbers in use and because I was late on one payment they switched all numbers off without any warning !

They said my business wasn't worth their effort...

You decide if you want to risk building you business with a company that can and will cut your services because you are a few weeks late with a payment..
