Ordered a bar stool from Nuastyle to replace one from set that had become damaged. Unfortunately I messed up the order, only realising when delivered that I had not ordered the correct seat colour. Not to worry, Noel helped me through the return process and ordered the correct seat for me. I found Noel very responsive and helpful. Unlike most internet businesses this is truly an operation that delivers a personal service. I wish I had discovered Nuastyle earlier - I will not hesitate to use them again. Fantastic.

Noel at NuaStyle has been just brilliant front start to finish. We chose our new dining table and chairs online and Noel went to great lengths to help us decide on colours via email and a great selection of sample pictures. Customer service and communication was just superb and our furniture arrived on time. The delivery team were also super and built the table for us in no time. Thanks, Noel and your team!

Have placed 2 separate orders and goods have come in decent time from Italy. Items are lovely quality too. Very happy with Nua Style. Customer service is also helpful too. Would buy from them again.

The service was excellent and Noel sent plenty of details and photos of the chairs before I confirmed the order. This was particularly helpful given that I couldn't view them in person due to lockdown. Great value and I would definitely purchase from Nuastyle again.

Noel is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Service excellent. We bought the New York chairs and can highly recommend them in terms of comfort and build quality.

Noel was so helpful with are initial enquiry sending samples a number of times to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted. The time scales given for delivery were exact. The team that came to assemble our table where professional, polite and showed how to extend our table properly!!

Noel and his team provided excellent customer service and delivery - just so helpful from the point of first contact right through to delivery. We received our six leather barstools today, which are fab, and the delivery guys were professional , polite and could not help enough, all in a COVID safe manner. It’s a challenge buying something you can’t see during lockdown but Noel really knows the ranges and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Brexit naturally caused some delays but this is to be expected. Delivery team were courteous and professional - all COVID safe and able to show us how the folding Connubia table mechanisms work.

Table and side tables look great - its always a hard decision to use a new supplier but we are very happy we chose Nuastyle and will definitely use them again.

We were a little nervous ordering a high value table from a small company online, but were encouraged by the previous reviews and were not disappointed. The table arrived exactly when we were told it would and was set up in no time by the delivery team. Noel kept us updated throughout, he followed up quickly with a phone call after emailing to let us know it was ready, just in case we hadn’t seen it. Overall fantastic service, and product. Would definitely use them again and recommend.

We have been left very out of pocket, attempting to get an extremely substandard, defective and very expensive unit to be just about useable. Customer service blanked us completely. A most traumatic experience.

What a fantastic company to deal with! Having been let down by a well known large department store I searched online for the stools I was looking for. I came across Nuastyle and what a find! I cannot speak more highly of Noel McManus who owns the company and dealt with my order from start to finish. The stools arrived on time, were assembled at my home and the packaging taken away, a truly amazing service and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Noel again. I am also delighted with the product.

We received the chairs this morning and are very, very pleased with them.

I have to comment on your delivery man - My husband has suffered a very bad heart attack and suffers from heart disease, at the present time he shelters because of covid. I was more than happy to have the parcel left at the front door, but your driver/delivery man unpacked the parcel for me to check the chairs and also offered to take away the cardboard box. Thank you very much to him !!! it was not expected but very much appreciated. Wonderful !!

Noel sourced a stunning Italian sideboard for us delivering to Austria. Nuastyle has the fastest response time to emails and it was great to always communicate with the same person. I have 2 Calligaris kitchen chairs which are ideal. As I needed to renew our kitchen bar stools I obviously wanted a pair to match the chairs. Fortunately I found Nuastyle on line as I was having difficulty otherwise. Noel dealt with my order as during the COVID situation materials were in short supply. He kept me updated through all stages of acquisition & delivery & arranged for a specific delivery run as I needed the stools for a specific date.
