I cannot recommend nu:move North Wales highly enough. They are an online agent in name only - their service is second to none! Angie and Dave Wignall were, from my first phone call to them, professional, courteous, very approachable, supportive and reliable. They did all our viewings and when we sold they kept everyone 'in the loop' updating all parties, ensuring a smooth completion. Definitely good value for money and totally trustworthy.

Angie and Dave at Nu:Move, Llandudno and North Wales were really helpful. They were acting as the agents for the house we were buying but were also very helpful to us as the buyer. They kept in touch with us regularly and answered any queries or questions - usually within a few minutes - by email, text or phone. It was really nice having a friendly voice to speak to and to ask any questions to. They also gave us encouragement along the way with various matters. I would definitely recommend them and although they are an online agency, they are completely available for any help that may be needed and are so friendly. I would rate them 10 out of 10.

I have dealt with a representative called Charles Wright and I can honestly say he has put himself out to be helpful and accommodating throughout the selling experience. Nothing was to much trouble for him and I can am certain that my experience was made much more bearable because I dealt with him and had confidence in his continuing support.

From valuing our property, the professional pictures that were taken and the speedy process of getting them online resulted in our property selling in 2 days of it going on to rightmove.
The after sales service which you don't even think about at the beginning really was fantastic much better than high street agent which are 9-5 with numerous staff passing information. No problem was too big and anything that was asked was done effiecently. Personalised service, we couldn't of ask for anything more.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Nu:Move to anyone wanting to sell a property. I found the whole process was led with ease and professionalism by Charles.Nothing was to too much trouble and all my questions and emails were answered promptly in detail. I feel we were kept informed at all stages too.A really great service.

Although nu:move doesn't seem to have a high street presence I found my local agents Lee and Robert easy to contact and liaise with by phone, text and email. They were honest with me throughout the process and regularly contacted both myself and the vendor for updates to ensure things kept moving along towards our common goal as quickly as possible. I'd be quite happy to work with them on another purchase.

As a buyer new to the area, it was lovely to get friendly support whilst looking for a new home. Both Angie and Dave made the viewings very easy and both were very informative about the properties and local area. They welcomed constructive feedback and I would consider using their service in the future. I had a reservation about not being able to directly book a viewing, but this was laid to rest as the head office communicated swiftly with Angie and she phoned me back almost immediately. Brilliant service! Angie and Dave were so helpful with any query we had. We were able to ring them at any time on any day. Even if they missed our call they responded quickly. They went above and beyond for us!

We sold our house recently and experienced all the usual stress that comes with a move! However there was one area where all of our concerns were taken care of and that was the Estate Agents. We'd already decided not to go with a traditional high street agent because the fees are way too high and it's just not necessary these days. We'd considered doing the whole thing ourselves but were slightly daunted by the pictures and the write up, and then we met Dave & Angie from nu-move. For an unbelievable price, they did everything including the pictures, the write up, website advertising, and arranged all the viewings. The only thing left to do was show the prospective buyer around the house ourselves. To be honest I always prefer to do that anyway because the agents are generally unenthusiastic and no-one can sell your house better than you. I couldn't fault these guys. Their communication was superb via email and if we ever needed to call them they always answered the phone and were there to help. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody and I still can't get over the price. In fact I've yet to come across anybody who has paid less for the same service. Thanks Angie & Dave!
