The kitchen tap valves were sent next day, were easy to fit and work perfectly.
(Please note that my email address is as below, and not the 'NCS Journal' address wrongly autofilled on my initial contact. The NCS has no premises and therefore no taps!))

Quick to respond to my problem. Found the part for me. Great price and quick delivery. Great customer service.

This company has the most patient person working for it, she was kind, totally knew her products. She answered all my husbands queries (via email). He doubted that we would ever manage to get a new cartridge for our tap! However given their expertise the one that lady recommended is perfect! It arrived within 24 hours and was instantly declared a perfect match.
Highly unlikely that we’d now go anywhere else for tap spare parts. A very positive experience and the ending of a tap that had dripped for weeks, contrary to local “experts” we actually got a spare and no need for a set of new taps!!

Received tap valves the next day, great service. Unfortunately the taps didn't fit. Don't know how many variations of the 1901 basin tap that Bristan do. Valve fitted the tap body perfectly but not the tap collar

From my first enquiry to Pamela the replacement of the tap cartridges was made very easy. There was a slight delay due to a supply issue which was quickly resolved and the cartridges were couriered to me the next day and fitted perfectly. An email was sent to update me on the delivery and the items were received promptly and well packaged. All in all a great transaction. Thank you

In a time of pre-Christmas slow deliveries and strikes, I got the taps really fast - before they were even expected.

Really Helpful and would use again! They were great at identifying what ceramic cartridge replacement I needed as my taps are out of production. They identified their closest match which fitted perfectly; I've had a nightmare trying to find the correct one in the past. Quick service to identify tap, and delivery following order, and was able to return for a refund if they hadn't fitted.

Ordered the wrong tap valves by mistake, spoke to Pam in sales who arranged a replacement which arrived within two days. Returned the original order for refund. Great service.

Bought a Douch tap which was delivered on time. Qite happy with the service and item received. Incidentally, the top handle which was plastic broke while installing and I contacted Pam in the Sales division seeking help. Was so grateful when she kindly arranged a free replacement within a couple of days.

I over ordered by mistake, but they sorted it and refunded the difference easily. Product arrived quickly.
As it was a tap valve it needed to fit the bolt/screw connecting to tap g handle, however the “female” was a different thread to my original. Not Just Taps are sending a longer version to fit at their expense.
