I saw Jo Whiley loving The Snowman jumper on Instagram and jumped on to order. Really impressed with the price. Despite strikes and overloads of work for courier companies my jumper arrived with days. I love it - great quality and great company ethos.

Customer service was very helpful and helped me settle on a size.
Delivery was pretty quick despite postal delays.
The jumper quality is excellent and very warm, almost too warm lol.

Ordered a ‘Southgate Waistcoat’ jumper for the World Cup (literally the perfect jumper for it as well). Couldn’t be happier, the fit was excellent, the quality is outstanding and kept me warm! Will definitely be keeping an eye out for new products from you in future!

I ordered 2 jumpers and although it took longer than expected to arrive (which is to be expected in the Christmas period). Customer service was extremely helpful and answered emails very promptly. Great quality product and customer service, would order form here again!

Horrible customer service! I ordered two Christmas jumpers and offered to pay for expedited shipping to ensure they arrive in Canada before Christmas. Was told the company doesn’t offer expedited shipping to Canada. Was then told the jumpers shipped last week. Despite repeated emails though, the company can’t seem to find/send a tracking number.

I wish I’d read some of the online reviews before placing my order. I would have saved myself the headaches and shopped elsewhere!

Update to this. I did finally get meaningful help by leaving a comment in an Instagram post and they direct messaged me. Very good comms since and they are working to tackle DPD issue. They acknowledge customer services are a small team. Parcel did finally arrive and I’m beyond pleased with the jumpers. I hope they can sort out comms and resolve issues with DPD who were a weak link.

I’m not able to vouch for this company yet- badly let down by DPD. Who knows. Looking at other reviews this is a common theme. Not received my jumpers after nearly 2 weeks. Have notified them that DPD have been delaying delivery of my items all week but nothing seems to have been done to tackle that - communication back is sporadic and clearly nothing being done and now DPD report they don’t have my full address. If you want jumpers, order them well in advance of the dates you want them. I hope this is resolved and will update this if so. Customer services does need to take action with the delivery company.
