First time getting a car through the mobility scheme and Steward put all my worries at ease. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

From initial visit,through ordering to final handover, the whole process was extremely pleasant and professional.
David Mence, who handled our order, was extremely helpful & kept us informed of the order's progress at every stage.

As the nominated representative of the Stellantis group Peugeot Norton Way were designated by Citroen to address the recent stop-drive airbag recall on my vehicle. I've found their service in this matter appalling - calls not returned, dates not offered and complete inability to take any ownership for the issue. The service department promises to call you back and doesn't - escalation to Citroen is met with surprise and a denial that there is any parts shortage. This is a garage to avoid as this experience does not seam to be echoed across the rest of the dealer network.

We were regularly kept updated on delivery status of the car .
Couldn't fault anything , very professional, helpful and highly recommended.

Citroen airbag recall. No update. Been 3 weeks. Not even an update email. Then when you phone. "We will contact" and hang up. Helpful ......not. People just need an update. We need our cars to get to work. At least..... if we had a timeframe we could make some plans. Sadly there isn't no stars. Very difficult to keep a job if you can't get there. Have a car that can't move or sell it.

Wasn't to sure about the Mobility side of purchase and everything involved. Stewart at Norton Way was more than helpful and always ready to answer any questions even after the purchase of the car. I would recommend anyone to go there as they are all friendly and helpful. haven't had a bad experience at all and I am one happy customer

My mum and mine experience with Norton Way Peugeot was brilliant from the first day of looking at a car to picking up the keys. Stuart was extremely helpful and kind and all round amazing. He talked us through the process of ordering a motability car, and how it works. Let us look around a similar car to what we got let us test drive it and then did the application with us. Once the car was at the garage Stuart took a lovely video showing off the car and the inside, then when we went to pick it up he showed us round the car in person talked us through it all and even helped me connect my phone up. Overall we were very happy with the service we got from Stuart himself and the car we have.

All the staff were fantastic they couldn’t do enough for us and we were never under pressure to buy anything

In particular there is a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic sales lady who will go out of her way to help anyone.

Bought a van from Norton way Peugeot 10 months ago and recently had a mechanical issue. From booking in to repair being completed was faultless. The part wasn’t covered under the warranty but Coral at Norton Way negotiated a reduction in cost with Peugeot direct. She provided me with a loan car and provided regular calls to update me. Despite not being a fan of main dealers this experience has definitely changed that view at Norton Way. Great service from start to finish.

Bought my Peugeot 3008 from Archie at Norton Way Peugeot Letchworth and was extremely happy with the whole experience, Archie was friendly polite and very knowledgeable about the car, I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from him.

I've had a few mediocre experiences at car dealers, but Norton Way Peugoet were excellent, especially the Service Centre assistants Helen & Jade.
They treated customers with compassion. Shame my next (lease) car can't be a Peugoet. I'd definitely use Norton Way for services

Good customer services and whole process went smoothly.

Took my car in for an investigation, ended up being an issue with the battery. They replaced it and got it sorted with no extra charge! Coral was great, just wanted to say thank you:) definitely recommend
