We had a great experience buying from Katie at Norton Way Honda. We found the car via Auto-Trader and once we’d made contact with Katie it was easy to get the deal sorted, the balance between being helpful but not pushy was excellent. We were travelling a couple of hours from home to collect and Katie even popped into the garage on her day-off to ensure the handover went without a hitch. Would highly recommend.

Katie was very friendly and helpful
Took a while for her to smile but when we relaxed with her it was an enjoyable experience.
First car was unsuitable, another was awaiting preparation for sale.
Near side wing mirror is a bit sluggish and often fails to move on locking, small chip on roof was already rusty, drivers seat cushion split at edge.
Everything else is fine.
Such fun for Katie to hide car under canopy for the reveal.
I hope the three issues can be sorted easily at next service.

I was invited in March to a dealer special event as a valued customer having had 9 Hondas between my wife and I since 2016 . I was told the way Honda does business had changed . Long story short to buy the car I wanted I had to download an app , login to an account and buy it on my phone . The deal was a £250 deposit from me . The app wouldn’t allow that. It had to be a minimum of £1000 . But I was assured that I’d get £750 back when the car was delivered in April . In may they emailed their first apology that the car was delayed , another in June and 2 more in July . I finally collected my car on 31/07 and was assured that the refund would be in my account within 3 days . Then another email saying that they were deducting £349 from the refund to pay for “Lifeshine” paint treatment. When I argued that this wasn’t the deal , I was told I would have my refund the next day and it would be put through especially. It’s now the 18th of August. They still owe me £750 and took out a payment for the car I returned last month . I have had 9 years as a happy customer, but myself and my wife will never be buying from Norton Way Honda again.

The care and attention given to the customer was polite, helpful and informative as always. Having dealt with Honda for many years I would not consider going elsewhere. They are extremely reliable and the after care is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. I know I will always be treated with the utmost respect.
