Good initial discussion re vehicle pluses and minuses.
Was a bit rushed to make a decision to reserve the vehicle as the company wanted to sell it before the end of the month account closures and then the actual delivery was delayed. On first delivery date th e vehicle was not fully prepared according to promise. On the positive side, the salesmen were Co operative. However, difficult to get hold of on the phone as we're always engaged in meetings.
In the end it was all done positively.
Would have rated five star if there was no delay.

Sat was very helpful and his advise and knowledge was brilliant. He took time to explain about the car and to help me with any questions. Great person and a great asset to the Kia branch.

Just picked up my new car from Norton Way Group. That’s my second car with them. I’m so happy with their service. For the reason I got the second lease with them. Sat Phull was incredible. He explained me very well all the options I had and also kept me updated about the progress of the car until I picked it up.
The car is Kia Stonic Gt line 2025. I just love it!
It has so many features: sensors front and back, assisted parking, cruise control ( the car basically drives itself, measures the road, detects the cars ahead, breaks when need it ), it has steering control as well ( keeps you safely in your lane ) seat and steering wheel heating system, rain detectors ( wipers will turn on automatically and adjust accordingly), 3 drive modes (normal, economical and sport). I think there are more features that I’m missing now. It’s an amazing car.

Brought a 2019 Kia ceed. The sales person Simon was so helpful and kept me up to date with everything. Got the car for a very good price. Thank you Simon for all the communication. Highly recommend GWR Kia.

GWR KIA contacted me over months prior to the end of my first 3yr deal. That kept me updated of vehicles available & what was on offer IE. Keep the car or swap. Transferring to my new vehicle was a smooth transition. Paperwork, process, participation was seamless.

Ven & Zaman. These guys work really well as a team. From the first minute my experience of dealing with these two gentleman was an excellent one. Both Ven & Zaman did what they said what they were going to do and when they were going to do it. A rare quality these days. 100% honest pointing out some minor damage to the cars wheels immediately in their video (which was subsequently addressed). Car delivered on the day they said it would be delivered, considering this was distance purchase as we are over 220 miles away we could not he happier. Car was spot on when it arrived. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership and these two gents to anyone considering purchasing a car.

I originally just went to view a used 2022 Niro EV as I thought it may be a car that would be an ideal upgrade to my faithful Nissan Leaf.

I was so surprised at just how far EV cars have moved on, the Niro EV was in excellent condition & suited my needs for my retirement in 2 months time. I could not miss out, so purchased it there & then.

Sat Phull, the salesman who introduced himself when I first entered the showroom, was very helpful & a pleasure to do business with.

When I went back to collect the Niro EV 2 days later, it had been valeted & looked marvellous. Sat took the time to explain all the controls & even setup my phone with the car.
