Great company to deal with- good product and good pricing - very professional.

Ordered a Nilfisk Hoover which arrived on time. Got a good price and Steve/Chris answered all my questions about the product quickly and efficiently. Great Company and would definately recommend

Power washer water inlet failure. A call to North West power washers was promptly answered and after I told about my problem, I was explained the reason of the fault and how to make the repair. I then emailed a picture of the failing part. The answer came back in the next te minutes. I made the order straight on. I received the parts first post on the following day.

I then made contact by email to enquire about an O Ring which was also required. Got an immediate reply with a link to part.

Excellent service. They identified the problem from the description in my email to them. They offered to supply the necessary part which would have been cheaper for me. I preferred to let them fit it as they are fairly local. When I dropped off my machine they offered to fit the part there and then whilst I waited. After a thirty minute walk locally to kill time, I was driving back home with a once again fully working machine.

Northwest Power Washers have given me and my company great service for so many years both with personal and business machines.
They are a good size company nowadays but still with those core values being run as a family business. Keep going with the great service and prices Steve, Chris and Family.

I needed a few parts for an aging power washer, but because it was discontinued I was having difficulty identifying the new replacement codes. I avoided a few sites because of bad reviews and then happened upon North West Power Washers Ltd. Reviews were good, so I emailed them. It wasn't long before I discovered how justified these were. I received a very quick response from Christine, which surprised me as it was a Saturday morning. Her knowledge quickly became apparent, but it was her friendliness and willingness to help which came over most strongly. She made further checks for me on the Monday and emailed me links to all I needed. When I suggested I'd have to consider the option of purchasing a new unit instead, I was met with the same friendly attitude. I honestly believe the only additional help Christine could have provided was to personally come to my home and fit the new parts herself. I can’t praise her help highly enough. This is a company I would strongly recommend and yes I did order my replacement parts from them.
