Don’t Touch This Company!
Update 6th of December 2020 still no refund I have never known a refund to take this long! It’s safe to say it’s clearly not coming now.....Just think of the interest this company must be making holding on to customers money for so many months!
I will not be removing my review as per reply from north lakes sofas as they have not fulfilled their promise to me again!!!
Heads up!!! I paid for a sofa on 1st of September from north lakes sofas and was told 2 weeks for delivery, every week since I have been told it was on its way and it never arrived I have had every excuse under the sun why my sofa hadn’t arrived I don’t know how many nights I sat in waiting on it arriving honestly the worst experience of my life! I asked for a refund 2 weeks ago after 10 wasted weeks chasing it! I now believe that the sofa was never ever going to arrive! now I am £900 down right before Christmas It’s been a nightmare since day one! If you have any sense you would not waste anytime with this company! I now have to go to my credit card company to try to claim my money back just not worth the hassle I won’t ever buy a sofa online again!!

Hi Angela,
We have spoken since and I know you've agreed to remove this once the money goes back in but as I said, there is not a great deal we can do once the button is pressed unless I call the bank of England and ask tjem to speed the situation up. I stayed in touch daily, offered a temporary suite in place to help your family whilst yours was being sorted.
Generally we as a business work on a 7-14 day delivery. We have kept that up for 2 years but it's been very very difficult over the last 6 months. Especially with covid being spread in our office. However I appreciate the messages you have sent since and fingers crossed this gets sorted soon

Two high quality sofas
I ordered two sofas that I seen online, I was very surprised at the quality, they are perfect! So pleased with my purchase and would definitely use this company again! There is a guy called Kevin who is very helpful and when I called answered all my questions. Really pleased with my sofa. Thank you so much!

So I gave them a ring at about half one in the afternoon and Peter answered the phone asked what he could do for me, I told him I was looking for a very large sofa and I needed it pretty quick. So he asked me what kind of sofa I was looking for a said black leather! He only went and had exactly what I was looking for, asked him if he could deliver it the same day. He said no problem gave him my address and it was with me within 3 hours!!!! Now your not getting better service than that are you!!! AT THOSE PRICES ASWELL!! Spot on 👍👍👍

From start to finish the service was excellent.
The sofa is very comfortable and great value for money.
