When Northgroup agent DAVID PLAMANDON was still with New Bern Property Services, LLC, I was his client/buyer for a house I bought. He yelled and cursed me out on the phone completely unprovoked during the final weeks of closing as he blamed me for delaying the process when in fact there were more than ample days remaining for closing. He literally told me off and said 'you can just go and buy your own f--- house!'. Just a little after a year later he reaches out to me out of the blue, then proceeds to illegally badmouth me (his own former client) to the buyers and encourages them to sue me??? The buyers immediately notified me, told me everything while laughing their behinds off at David. Even they couldn't believe 'what a weirdo' this agent is. Many years on, I still get sick from thinking about the emotional abuse I suffered from Mr. Plamandon and am seriously considering filing legal action against him/his agency and also lodging a formal complaint with the NC Board of Real Estate so they can reprimand his license. I would strongly advise against signing anything associated with this agent. Don't say I didn't warn you.
