6 hr tattoo with Berk today. Couldn’t be more impressed with both him and the studio in general. I have many tattoos and this is now definitely my favourite studio.
Berk took a couple of my ideas and ran with it. So happy with what he came up with. He is passionate about it and you can tell. Great stuff all round. Great chilled experience.

I had the most amazing tattoo done by Mary in the Manchester studio. From start to finish I was so happy with everything. The fine line floral design she created for me is amazing. I’ll most definitely be returning.

I went today, driving for 4 hours to get there and was 100% satisfied with value for money and the quality of Alfredo's artistry. I had 2 tattoos that had aged poorly. They had faded and needed work. I had seen his portfolio and so I put myself in his hands and am overjoyed with how he has re-worked and re-interpreted my tattoos.
Tattoos are a very similar price where I live, but nowhere near this quality. I can't recommend highly enough X

I wanted a portrait of my Daughter who passed last year, I came across Mert Sönmez at No regrets when searching for an artist, I sent Bailee at the office some photos and had a consultation over the WhatsApp video (I was in Barbados at the time) Mert took a shine to one particular photo and seemed keen to do the artwork. I booked a session,
I arrived at 10am Saturday 18/01/25 and left at 9pm that evening.
I have no words to describe how passionate Mert was the hours of dedicated concentration he showed over his work my Daughters image is unbelievable I am so thankful I chose Mert and No regrets.

Excellent experience again at the Leeds studio with Cristian. This was the second tattoo i have had done with Cristian and im already looking at my next one for him to do. I cant praise Cristian enough for his work, he is a perfectionist and wont let you leave until he is completely happy with it which is a good sign of a talented artist. Also just want to give a shout out to Dan who also makes you feel welcome and at ease in the studio while you are there. Cant recommend them enough

Had my first tattoo done by Rocio in Glasgow. She put me at ease and I loved the design she created and looks good on.

What can I say about Dan Rubiano and the Bristol team. A-Mazing. This was my first tattoo and I had a style and theme in mind. In discussing with Dan during the consultation the personal aspect of certain aspects I wanted included he took my idea and turned it into a masterpiece. 2 back to back days sitting, 14 hours in total and my half sleeve is probably the most fantastic piece of body art I have ever seen. Dans gentle nature ensured that I had the best experience. No pain and I even slept a few hours during the sessions. The Bristol team are very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Can’t wait to continue my sleeve, just have to save up :).

I have had 2 appointments cancelled at the last minute plus the threat of cancelling due to designs being sent through at 9pm on the eve of the appointments, I was threatened with I should find another artist as he doesn't think he can give me what I want, I suggested we try to agree a few days before and not on the eve. If I didn't like the design he got defensive.
After 2 or 3 sittings at £800 per booking I have 2 more sittings, I can't get hold of the artist, he ignores my messages and WhatsApp messages so I'm left with an unfinished sleeve tattoo, they should be called regrets and not no regrets as I'm having regrets.
I will take this matter further as I have all messages stored. Absolutely a shambles

Zina @ The London Studio did the most amazing watercolour tattoo. She is a master at seamlessly blending colour. The studio was immaculately clean, the staff friendly and welcoming. I can't recommend them enough. Thank for the wonderful permanent art.

Laid back but professional setup. I got in touch with an idea and Leon worked through this with me to get the final design I was looking for, he is a true artist with a calm and reassuring manner. He was very receptive to feedback and thoughts, making minor adjustments on the fly was no issue whatsoever. Would highly recommend Leon if you’re looking to get something to stand out from the crowd, I’m over the moon with the result.

Another visit to see Amir, as ever, another great experience! He didn't even have to tweak the art work, spot on!! Can't wait for my next visit to finish it off!!! At the end of the session you can walk out of the studio knowing you won't have a bad tattoo, there that good !!

I was paired with Emanuel from the Cardiff No Regrets studio and I am so happy with my whole experience. Ema is an amazing artist. He spent so much time and care on getting my design perfect and ensuring I was happy with it and its placement. I was made to feel totally relaxed and comfortable (pretty sure I dozed off at one point) and I couldn't have wished for a better experience and day. Couldn't recommend Ema and the No Regrets studio in Cardiff more.

Me and my best friend were on a girls trip to Bristol and decided to book to have matching tattoos together in May of this year to celebrate 20 years of friendship and us both turning 40. In all fairness the studio was amazing at booking us in at short notice and able to give us what we wanted which was fabulous, the studio was clean and the tattoo artist very professional, I specifically chose this tattoo studio due to the great reviews to make sure we had a good experience, so I can’t really fault it up until the point of payment - we were charged £160 each for an infinity symbol and the word “sisters” the whole thing measuring around 10cm in black ink only - that’s £320 for two small tattoos - we paid this money thinking that was the going rate, we were told to pay in cash with the receptionist taking full payment from us and putting it in her apron even before a needle touched skin. However we gave them the benefit of the doubt and we left happily with our new tattoos, forward a few months and we have since learned from several friends with tattoos and several other tattoo establishments that this is absolutely not the going rate and that we were considerably ripped off. We think this is because we were a last minute booking, two women who were not used to the area with cash on the hip. I feel like they “saw us coming” and now, what was a nice experience for me and my best friend has now turned into a bit of a disappointment. When I think about it £160 each is really steep - we couldn’t have been in there for more than 45 mins, I would say before using this studio, do your research and make sure you’re paying a fair price. We were unfortunately naive to the cost of a tattoo and I think they may have taken advantage of this.

I got my tattoo from Amir about 9 months ago at the Bristol branch. I clearly asked Amir if he could finish the tattoo in one session, He very confidently answered 'Yes'. If he had said 'No'
I would've gone to a different tattoo artist at a different tattoo shop.

He was supposed to start my tattoo session at 10am, but he arrived approximately 45 minutes late, so the session started at 11am.

When I first saw my tattoo draft, I didn't like it, so I immediately told him that I don't like the design. then, his facial expression suddenly changed, like he was squeezing his face. later, he said, 'It will look fine when finished.' It was my fault that I fell for it.

In the middle of the tattoo session, a female staff member (I think her name is Rosie, the one I talked with via email) abruptly appeared with a threatening expression and asked for money for the tattoo RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SESSION.
I thought taking cash for a tattoo right in the middle of the session was normal in the UK, but my friends, who got tattoos at different shops, said it is not normal. Usually, tattoo artists take money after finishing the tattoos.

They definitely take money during tattoo sessions to prevent clients from requesting refunds or a reduction in payment when their tattoo artists make mistakes or mess up a tattoo. They also do not offer partial refunds when something goes wrong. Instead, they only offer to fix the tattoo, which practically proves that this is the reason they collect money during tattoo sessions, as if they are debt collectors.

Amir constantly answered his wife's phone calls, about 5 times, and was on the phone for around an hour while he was tattooing me. He looked extremely tired, and I could see he was trying to finish my tattoo in one session, just as he had confidently promised he could without any hesitation.

It was around 8 pm, and he couldn't finish my tattoo. He left some red marks on my forearm, which contain tattoo ink, so they won't fade naturally.

He suggested that I book another session to finish my tattoo, but he said 'You will have to pay for it'.
and He even forgot to take a picture of my tattoo.
The triangle tattoos he's done are not straight and have varying levels of thickness. He promised that he could fill my forearm with some leaves and smoke, but my forearm is still kind of empty
the incompetence speaks for itself in the tattoo.

I really want to attach pictures of the marks he left unprofessionally and the conversation with the employee who's just busy defending the situation and trying to accuse me of simply changing my mind and unreasonably requesting a partial refund, but I can't share any pictures here, there's no function for that.

She offered a free tattoo session, and I initially agreed, but I had to postpone the offer because I had personal commitments.
Thank god it was the best choice. I don't even want a free session from you guys.

1. You can't get any refund or negotiate
2. You're very lucky if you have successful experience with that brand.
3. No negotiation is allowed, except for receiving a free session.
4. You have to pay for your tattoo session during the tattoo session, regardless of which branch you are at. doesn't that sound suspicious?
5. Results can vary depending on which tattoo artist you get.

I got successful tattoos from Willian (he apparently went back to his country) at the No Regrets London branch before I experienced this bad situation. so basically, if you find a nice tattoo artist who you can trust 100%, go for it. Otherwise don't use the 'no regrets' brand because you won't get any compensation if something goes wrong with your tattoo. my friends got nice tattoos at different tattoo shops. and the tattoo artists there never took money during the sessions.

tattoo artists who work for the brand and the No Regrets brand itself post nice tattoo work (I believe they edit their work to look better) on social media. but remember, they don't post messed up tattoo works. that being said, don't expect your tattoo to be as high quality as those posted on social media.
and if they mess up your tattoo?
No refund or No reduction in your payment.

I wouldn't have used the No Regrets brand in the first place if I had known that taking money during a session is not normal.
Not 'no regrets' for their clients, just 'no regrets' for themselves.

I went to the Worcester branch to get a tattoo. I had a couple of idea and Zoya made it come to life!
Not only was her talent amazing apparent. She was kind and so helpful.
I couldn't compliment her more
The studio was super chill and accommodating

Went to the new Worcester studio a hour drive not even a offer of a drink has what’s app the artist or so she claimed got there nothing done

No real interest more into checking her phone and smoke / dinner breaks and making calls definitely get the money and go from

The tattoo was terrible certainly the worst I’ve ever had and I have had 350 plus hours of tattoos

Sent pics she couldn’t see issue tried contact the owner no contact of him or anyone

Finally I contacted the Cheltenham branch drive there and they agreed had a full day sitting to try sort it out agreed the artist tried his best to sort it but he said and agreed it was a bodge of a tattoo

Overall be very careful of which artist you use

Perhaps rather than opening multiple sites sort out the existing studios Ben ?

I’d used the Bristol shop and could not praise it enough hence I went to Worcester I’ve got to say avoid it terrible service

Had a fabulous fine line tattoo with Knem. He made me feel so relaxed and reassured. He designed what I wanted and delivered an incredible result. I’m thrilled.

Amazing design and experience in no regrets Bristol. Amir is just an amazing artist and a really nice guy. Half way through my sleeve and can’t wait for my next appointment!! Thank you Amir and No regrets.

A very professional experience from beginning to end. So so happy with the resulting tattoo. Will be back again 😀
