we had a team from Nordic Timber come and install the timber building today. The install was very smooth and the professionalism of the guys Craig and Vaughan is a credit to the company. Very polite, well presented and a pleasure to watch install it within a tight space.
I couldn’t believe the quality of the timber building and would not hesitate to recommend them as a company going forward.
Well done indeed the service given was seamless and faultless from beginning to end. Please pass on our gratitude and admiration of a truely remarkable company to the team and wish you the best in the future.

Had our shed put up yesterday the whole process from ordering to installation was easy with good communication.The lads arrived on time and were friendly and efficient .We are very happy with our shed /summer house combi and would not hesitate to use again and reccomend

Ordered back in April and given a delivery time of 5th September. It arrived precisely on time as promised.

Before settling on Nordic I browsed A LOT of shed companies and kept coming to the same conclusion, namely that the prices were premium and the wood quality low. With Nordic I found the prices to be surprisingly low for the quality of product you get. These sheds are more typical in terms of build quality of what you would expect to find in commercial use. They are built to last.

Steve's very knowledgeable and very responsive too if you have queries.

In summary, if you're looking for a high quality wooden structure with high build quality and low prices you're in the right place

This company supplied and erected two 14x8 combo outbuildings for my parents garden and my own. From start to finish, the whole experience has been a pleasure and the buildings have exceeded our expectations.
As promised, the buildings have been built from great quality material and constructed to an excellent standard.
The great customer experienced continued when the erection team arrived to construct the buildings. They were friendly, efficient and considerate.
I have had a number of neighbors and friends comment on the great quality of the buildings and I have no hesitancy on recommending this company.

Oh my lord. Craig and Craig have been ultra amazing. We designed a bespoke product in a tricky slot. They took away our worries with professionalism and amazing craftsmanship. This company has a great range of solidly built sheds. The team assembled it speedily and without fuss. I'd trust this company and recommend them very highly. You get what you pay for. Great job!

Well where to start with these guys. From start to finish they have been great! Managed to please the wife and that's not always easy haha! Starting with the design and changes to our 20x10, down to the building of the shed these guys are in a league of their own! 2 great guys came to put the building and it was done within 3 hours. Only managed to make them 1 brew. Overall if I ever need another one I would be using nordic and can't recommend them enough to anyone.

Knowledgable advice given as to what to order, brilliant communication up to delivery on the day given and expert erection of my pent shed by Craig and Nathan all added up to a brilliant buying experience. Such a fantastic company to deal with, I can’t imagine competitors matching them for service, quality or value. I will be recommending them

I ordered a 16x10 pent shed which arrived as arranged. Unfortunately and entirely due to me, the installation couldn't take place on the day so the shed was left and I re-arranged another visit with Steve for the following week when they were back in the area. This time all went smoothly, the installers were brilliant and the shed is just what I'd hoped for. I opted for the 28mm cladding and rubber roof options and glad I did as it seems a very robust building.

Great product, great service, shed was as advertised. Fitters showed up on time, were quick and efficient and left our garden clean and tidy, would definitely recommend both the product and service, thanks for the seamless experience.

From start to finish this company have been great. Steve in the office was very patient with me as i kept asking lots of questions and advice.
The two guys that turned up in the snow Mac & Roundy installed the shed in 2 hrs flat and did a great job.
The shed is very well made and solid and will out live me.

Bought an 18x8 pent shed from this company. I had seen reviews but when spending thousands on a shed I was not totally sure. The purchase was talked through with Steve who was knowledgable and honest. I bought the shed and they erected it today. Arrived at 7:30 and were done for 9 am. First class service. If you are thinking about getting a shed and are just not sure these guys were honest, professional, inexpensive for what I got, and truthfully good to do business with. If you are uncertain what the quality will be like, in my experience it is very good and I am more than happy to give them a good review. I do not generally bother doing reviews one persons great is another persons average or rubbish. I think I am quite a picky sort and I would not have written anything at all if I was not satisfied. In truth I am delighted. Thanks guys good job

Bought an 8x6 pent shed from Nordic and couldn't be more pleased with it. Steve was very patient as we completely changed the configuration. The fitters were just as accommodating and a great to have around.
All in all, a great product at a very reasonable price from a reliable company.

Wow our summerhouse is amazing, excellent quality and worth the money. As well as a fantastic product, the service was excellent, from placing the order to delivery.

Mac and Roundy, arrived early Friday morning and worked quickly to put up the summerhouse. They had all the tools and were very professional. Checking with us where to put the partition. Offered advice on how to maintain the summerhouse. Hardworking, friendly and efficient.

All round fabulous service and product which unfortunately is hard to find these days.

Extremely pleased with my purchase of a 10x8 Nordic Pent Summerhouse. It was first class service right from the beginning of contacting Steve to place the order through to the 2 lads that brought and erected the building. The building itself is very well made and the bonus with this company is you have a choice of options if you want to design the building for you own needs. I would definitely recommend Nordic Timber Buildings to anyone considering a garden building.

From my first contact, through to final delivery, NTB have been a delight to work with. Steve's communication and attention to detail have been outstanding. To top that, he's old school in that his emails are polite and well written at every point.

The shed is the best you can get at the price mark; built from heavier timber than similarly priced products. Everything went together well and the self-build instructions clear with plenty of photographs. There is simply nothing not to like and I wouldn't hesitate to use NTB again.

Earlier in the year I wanted to order a new shed from Nordic Timber, and couldn’t have had a better service from Steve in the sales office. Fast response, good communications, and the deal was soon done.

Last week, a call from Steve to confirm that the shed would be delivered and installed last Monday - absolutely the date quoted some weeks ago when the order was made.

Installation was great with Craig and Glen arriving spot on time and quickly had the shed erected. They were friendly and pleasant to have on site.

I then took a closer look at the shed, and it went downhill from there. The floor had gaps of up to 10mm between the planks, and planks were of different thickness, making the floor very uneven. There were a number of large holes where knots had fallen out.

The door didn't meet the doorstop and weather seal at the bottom upright, with light visible through the gap; and subsequent rain has penetrated through this gap.

On the front face, the boards were cut to different lengths, giving a ragged look at the corners. In would have expected a corner profile to have been fitted, which would have hidden these blemishes.

The boards around the shed didn’t line up; and around the door the architrave had a 10mm bend in it and was not fitted upright.

The roof trusses didn’t meet at the apex of the roof and there was a very large gap where the roof trusses meet the side walls - far more than would be expected for ventilation - and which would allow small birds and bats to gain access unless a mesh was fitted.

All in all, very disappointed with the build quality, which is a shame for what was being marketed as a De-Luxe shed. I can only imagine that production pressure has resulted in slipping quality control.

That said, when I rejected the shed due to the build quality, the company immediately agreed to come, dismantle and take away the shed. It is unfortunate that having waited 10 weeks for the shed, I am now back to square one.

I have recently bought a shed/Summer house from Nordic timber sheds.....it is brilliant quality,looks wonderful in my garden....can't fault the service from them! So helpful and friendly.it was very reassuring to know I was dealing with such a professional, trustworthy company.
It was delivered way out of their delivery area , but as I was happy to pay the extra travel costs , they were agreed to deliver it ...which I was thrilled about ...it arrived nice and early , delivered by such a nice , helpful guy ....so a very big thank you from me ....your are a brilliant company , so keep doing what you do best ! Well done !
