Good experience.
Got all my vaccinations done here for my employer to clear occupational health. The staff was very friendly and made everything clear and easy to understand.

Very easy to make an appointment within a few days. The clinician was clear about what my son needed for his trip to South Africa and his injections were relatively painless.

Ok but not filled with confidence
Not sure I have had all of the jabs I should really have. Nearly didn't get one that I definitely should have - given as an afterthought.
And the place is weird - not sure if anyone knows you are there and waiting. Just lots of doors with no-one at the reception area desk.

The lady was very friendly , welcoming and reassuring. She was helpful too, as I was asking for info about the training as a phlobotomist. I felt very relaxed. A very happy experience.

The clinic was easy to find, and Ivone was incredible - very friendly and professional, which made the appointment super easy and comfortable. The consultation was also very swift, and Ivone was very considerate and professional throughout. Overall, I had a great experience with Nomad at their London City clinic.

Absolutely recommend
My second visit to Nomad in Cardiff this year. Claire was as wonderful this time as she was the first. Both me and my husband really appreciated her knowledge, experience and ability to advise us on what vaccinations/ precautions we needed to take for our upcoming travels. I had made a mistake with our booking day and Claire was wonderfully flexible and fitted us in on the day. She was kind, understanding and didn’t make me feel at all bad for having got my days wrong! Our children (11 and 8) were supported beautifully with their vaccines such that it was a really positive experience for them too. Thanks again.
