Thank you for your purchase.
All Handy Atomisers that will fill are directly from the big authentic bottle, if you find that the item is 'oily, needs to be rubbed in or doesn't really smell of anything' then this is not only the first we have ever heard of this but this is how the item is as its again straight from the authentic bottle. This shouldn't reflect our service that we have provided, as the 2* review suggests, disappointed.
