I play every now and then and only won site credit, fair enough I thought.
Recently I decided to play again and after doing so I checked my wins to find and instant win for £50 from a few months ago.
I had not received any notification of this win, and when I messaged about it I was told that you have to claim it withing 30 days.
I think it is really poor that they dont even let you know so I was unaware till well after their cut off, this should be paid instantly into your account.

I play with nitrous competition for nearly 1month or 2 I think and I never be a winner in there competition so I don't know I'm confused 🫤

Nitrous is honestly amazing. I have tried a couple of other competition sites however nitrous comes out on top. I won a prize and it was paid into by bank within 25 minutes, hassle free. Great way to start the year off. I highly recommend!
