I can’t recommend Jeremy highly enough. He was the only surveyor who took the time to call and walk me through everything in detail, answering all of my questions and really putting me at ease as a first-time buyer. His survey was incredibly thorough (maybe not the estate agent’s favourite!) but it gave me complete confidence that I was making the right decision. Easy to book through the online portal. Jeremy was very helpful in discussing the report and it was made available in a timely fashion after the survey date.

Excellent service, honest opinion when i taught i needed a level 3 survey and he even provided contact details for me to check with. His Level 2 survey was great and conducted with industry wide equipment's, report was easy to download and Jeremy phoned to discussed the points. He was happy to reply to further queries weeks after the survey.

niSurv was very efficient and timely in getting back to me following my request from its website for a Level Two RICS home survey on a property I am buying in NI. niSurv’s use of automated form filling over the internet saved time speaking to a clerk over the ‘phone. The property survey was arranged through the property’s selling estate agent without any input from me, though it has not yet taken place.

I recently instructed Jeremy of niSurv to carry out a RICS Level 2 Home Survey, and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and clarity of the report.

Jeremy offered me a cancellation immediately which I took. The survey was done with a follow up call going through the details of the survey. We were so impressed with the details on the survey and well worth having it done. The communication via call, text and email was second to none. Now I understand why this company has such good reviews and reputation. Would I use NiSurv again, certainly 100%, would I recommend yes I would. I shall be using again when required. Very detailed and informative survey. Jeremy walked us through the survey the following day and helped us understand all the key points to help us make our decision.

As a first time buyer, the whole process was easy to follow and incredibly transparent from beginning to end, and I was even able to download a sample report that had an explanation of everything that would be covered. Even before I got the survey report Jeremy gave me a call to go over the important stuff and give more context to the report to come. When I got the report it was detailed with photos and clear next steps. Couldn't have wished for better service or a better survey!
