I absolutely enjoy using Nimbus Maps as my tool searching for my Direct to Vendor campaign! The webinars and trainings are very informative and has helped me develop my understanding thus improve my skills when using this very useful app.

Nimbus Maps provides a quick efficient way gaining meticulous insights into the necessary particulars of a property. Nimbus enabled me to grasp all the different aspects in relation to the property of interest while simultaneously enlightening my knowledge of the area around the property in an unprecedented way that I have never experienced before. It is a superb tool that i will utilise in the not too distant future.

Nimbus is very easy to use and gives lots of great information which would take a long time to find without it. Very good value for mo ey.

Started using nimbus maps recently and its so easy to use and get information on properties and land, I recommend you try it out yourselves brilliant.

I have been an active client of Nimbus maps for a couple of years now and can wholly recommend them. The software itself is a must have if you are property sourcing, a developer looking for sites, and to quickly and easily look for planning applications or comps for your sites.
The team are very professional, with Paul one of the founders actively doing webinars, with multiple guest speakers to help advise on everything from Tax to raising equity. Have listened to many good reputable speakers and gained a lot of knowledge from this.
The team in the office are always helpful and very attentive and happy to provide ongoing support, something that is lost with larger similar companies.
I do not know where I would be without having Nimbus are part of my daily routine.
Currently have several developments either in legal or planning, and have formed multiple JV with land owners as a direct result of using this software. I can highly recommend using them!

Nimbus is superb.

I would highly recommend Nimbus Maps to anyone in the property industry, the platform is incredibly powerful and all anyone would ever need to find and appraise sites. The customer service they offer too, is the best customer service I have ever received. So impressed with Nimbus, thank you.

Great except for measuring tool which is complicated. How about 1 tap/click (t/c) to place start, hold & drag to adjust. Then 2 t/c for position 2 (+ hold & drag as before); CNTRL X to delete (and return one position). Then 3 t/c for position 3, etc .... or something similar.
I admit I’m using an iPad, but deleting positions is all but impossible as things stand. Nevertheless Nimbus Maps has helped me a lot!

Clearly understand the way to improve the product is to interact with the product users: React, refine, repeat.

Free no commitment 2 week trial, useful features, I like it very much.

Local area data (B98) when checked in the first 9 days of February 2021 was inaccurate and not up to date but this is most likely due to the continuing 'unfitness for purpose' of H.M. Land Registry e.g. effective transfer of land over time to a little-known Government department that having acquired said land by means of what is akin to 'adverse possession' then holds private residents to ransom over its subsequent disposal. This issue was discussed at length with Nimbus Maps (director level) during 2019 with follow-up enquires in March 2020 and to which no reply has been received.

Excellent walk through of Nimbus maps elite and the detail it provides. A great source for people in property who are looking for land and commercial opportunities.

I am a property developer and Nimbus suscriber. Why the 5-star rating? The Nimbus guys have a relentless drive to give you the best support and help their users get the best value for their money and time spent on (and with) the system. AND, this is not just a 'sales technic'... Yes, when you take out a free trial with them, they will bombard you with tips and webinar invites during the free trial. It was so intense that I was wondering if their interest in you last after signing up. It does. I paid for an annual Elite subscription in mid-January, and they have continued inviting me for at least two webinars weekly, and now there is this 3x Elite-only workshop. In my experience, this is in stark contrast to what I had when I subscribed for Landinsight last year and when I tested their 'Pro' package in early January.
The founders are property developers, and they use their super users (like Lloyd Girardi of Whitebox Property) to keep abreast with changes, and they adapt the system to legislation changes with lighting speed (e.g. recent PD rights) I cannot encourage you enough to take a two-week-free trial and try to use the system in your due diligence and for finding sites and properties. It is powerful, user-friendly, and amazing value for money. If I sound like an evangelist, it's probably because I am becoming one.

Great evolving property software with excellent costumer support and great webinars . There always there if you are having difficulties and see you more then a customer. No hard sell and excellent value for nimbus maps product is excellent with an innovative and great team.

Nimbus is simple and intuitive, quick references for company land ownership or if a private individual the title number is available. Registered leases also show up immediately.
