Excellent response, when my hot water failed. Contacted Nicholson Heating, the receptionist answered the phone promptly, very efficient, I explained what the problem was, she said she would check if the part was in stock. If not it would be ordered for the next morning, she would call back and let me know the situation, which she did very quickly. The part was not in stock, she would order it and arrange for an engineer to call the next day. The engineer came at the arrange time, fitted the part, boiler up and running in no time. Very polite and very tidy job.

Great service, came out within 24 hrs of my call.

Nicholsons are always quick to respond and never let you down.

From ringing Nicholson's to them replacing my old boiler only took 4 days. Even talked us out of buying the dearer Baxi Gold package as said the cheaper silver package was sufficient for our needs. The fitters were very pleasant lads, explained everything brilliantly and cleaned up after themselves. Smashing job. Chose Nicholson's as my sister, mam and daughter have all used them and are very satisfied.

During the recent installation of my Atag boiler I was impressed by the quality of attention to detail in everything from preparation, delivery, actual fitting and tidying up. The workmen kept me informed at all times and explained everything I needed to know with precise and concise descriptions. They also ensured I was without gas and/or water for the minimum time necessary. I was altogether extremely satisfied.

I had cause to call Nicholson Heating Services when our boiler developed a fault.
I rang in a state of panic and was reassured by the office staff that it would be sorted and because our service was due, it would all be done the next day.
The engineer turned up on time, swiftly diagnosed the problem, completed the service and had everything running in an hour. the staff from initial phone call to completion were very helpful and reassuring. (sorry I didn't get remember names)
I would highly recommend this company and realise why my parents have used them for years.

Just an update on my previous review when Nicholson stepped in after being let down by Boiler Central, they have just finished install and they have been brilliant from the get go, they fitted an ATAG boiler & 10 radiators, they were courtious, professional, tidy and very helpful, our fitting team led by Jake were outstanding, I highly recommend this company in all areas, thank you very much!!!!

Just had our combi boiler serviced.promt service no mess very polite.i would highly reccomend nicholsons.

As usual the annual service was carried out at convenient time by a customer friendly member of staff who was very efficient and left the area clean and tidy.

Booked our Annual Service of the Central Heating System, in advance of the Date required, selected the the Morning slot and paid in advance, happy to do that as it is one less thing to think about, the Service was carried out, as usual, in a very Professional and friendly way, we have enjoyed excellent service from this Company, right from my first contact to book a Service, as I had cancelled my usual Annual Service with B G, the service could not be carried out, because the Unit was not operating correctly, and its internal workings were beyond repair due to poor quality of service, I had every receipt from B G, since the Boiler was fitted, approx 17 years, so, we now required a New System, we asked for a quote, and thankfully received it within 24 hours, and with a number of options, we selected one, and it was installed within a week, again, excellent workmanship, and all carried with the minimum of intrusion, and we have received fabulous service with all our annual checks, more than happy to recommend this Company, anytime.

I have used Nicholson’s for the last few years. Always a great professional service from Nicholsons; all the way from booking the service to attendance and workmanship. They offer a reliable excellent efficient service.

The fitter quietly got on with the service, no fuss, no problems, no mess. Couldn't have wished for a better service.

Had Nicholsons install our ATAG boiler 5 years ago, they did an excellent job. Boiler has a 10 year warranty and reduced our gas bills at that time by about £12 per month. Dread to think what I would be paying for gas now with our old boiler. They service it every year at a very reasonable £80 and if anything goes wrong with it (which it rarely does) they attend in a reasonable time and sort it out.

Nicholson Heating carried out the annual service on our combi which they installed three years ago. The service was done on the date and at the time arranged and carried out by a very friendly and helpful engineer who worked through the necessary items on the Bosch check list before signing off the record sheets. He also took the time to explain flow temperatures etc as a means of energy saving. We have found their customer service after the boiler installation three years ago as very satisfactory and are happy to continue to use their services for future servicing etc.

Excellent service, nothing was a problem on an awkward job. Kept disruption to a minimum. Professional and flexible approach to the job, would thoroughly recommend them to anyone, previous contractors promised the earth but gave nothing. Overjoyed with new system installed...👍

We had a new Vaillant boiler fitted in November 2021 by Nicholson Heating Services and we very happy with it. The fitters were very experienced and were clean and tidy. We have had our first Gas Service done recently by them. The engineer checked the boiler, cleaned the magnet, checked our hot water tank in in the loft and also the radiators. We would definitely recommend Nicholson for their friendly and efficient service.

We have used Nicholsons to service our gas boiler since 2018. They are always prompt, polite, friendly and professional. We will continue to use them in the future.
