We have had boiler servicing from Nicholson Heating Services for over 17 years now and as always the recent service at both our properties was excellent.

Nicholson offered a prompt and efficient service to remove and replace our two boilers and that is exactly what we received.

Having used this company 3 times to service my boiler after the latest visit it started to leak on the pipe work attached to the filter where their engineer had a problem before. I rang the company and they informed me it was not their problem if it leaked after they carried out the work!, I was shocked and will never use again.
To add the service engineer never even cleared all the dead wasps and spiders webs inside the boiler enclosure.

Nicholson’s fitted our boiler 6 years ago and have serviced it yearly since as we joined their service scheme. Have always had excellent service, all staff have been polite, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this company.

I have dealt with Nicholson’s for 5 years now since they installed a full heating system in our home. Each year they have serviced the boiler and gas fire. As well as being very efficient and good at their job, the staff are really friendly and helpful. I am a very happy customer and will continue to use their services

We have been with Nicholsons now for a few years,and had a new boiler fitted 3 years ago..and joined their Service scheme! Excellent value and well worth it..after a few small problems with the boiler( CO2 sensors) that needed upgrading,which were sorted same day,or next day..we couldn't be happier! Four years on, our boiler has worked well and any problems have been quickly resolved by Nicholson's. They contact us promptly each year to arrange it's annual service and always turn up when they say they will.
