I've had the pleasure of not only working with the team at Nice2Stay but also seen an in depth way that they operate, and can honestly say that they strive to give the best possible experience. They personally visit every villa and home that they offer to make sure that it lives up to their high quality. They also treat the homeowners with respect, doing everything they can to help promote the homes through socials, newsletters and website. They keep their relationships with partners very personal and friendly making working with them extremely easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend using Nice2Stay to book a holiday, to work with and hope to keep my relationship with them strong going into 2026. Huge thank you to the teams.

Fantastische service en prachtige accommodaties

Wij boeken al jaren via Nice2stay en elke keer opnieuw worden we positief verrast door de kwaliteit en persoonlijke aandacht. De accommodaties zijn zorgvuldig geselecteerd, kloppen precies met de omschrijving en hebben altijd iets bijzonders – of het nu gaat om design, ligging of sfeer.

Wat Nice2stay echt onderscheidt, is de uitstekende communicatie. Het team is vriendelijk, betrokken en reageert snel op vragen. Je merkt dat ze alle huizen persoonlijk kennen en daardoor eerlijk en goed advies geven. Ook na het boeken blijft de begeleiding top, met duidelijke informatie over de aankomst en praktische tips.

Onze ervaringen met Nice2stay zijn keer op keer zorgeloos, betrouwbaar en gewoon ontzettend prettig. Een bedrijf dat nog echt staat voor kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid. Wij blijven hier zeker boeken!

We booked our holiday with them, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare.
We chose the property mainly because it advertised a heated pool. However, the heating was broken, and we couldn’t use the pool at all — it was October in Italy, and the water was only about 10 degrees.

In addition, we added a 2-month-old baby to our booking and were charged an extra €420 for the week. We argued that a baby doesn’t use any facilities or add any costs, but NICE2STAY completely ignored this and only offered a 5% goodwill refund for the broken pool.

For a family holiday with children in the middle of nowhere, a 5% discount felt like a bad joke. Our kids had been looking forward to the pool for months, and NICE2STAY not only ruined our holiday but also showed no accountability or genuine apology for the situation.

I had a similar situation on Airbnb and this was handled professional.

Helaas moeten constateren dat deze partij niet te vertrouwen is. Goede reviews worden prominent op de website geplaatst maar slechte reviews worden verwijderd. Op deze manier wordt het hele review systeem ondermijnd. Geen aanrader dus.

I found the same property (photos/description) listed in multiple countries.

When I asked the company about it, they said it was a “test property” - yet it appeared exactly like a genuine, bookable listing. I found this extremely suspicious, and it has put me off booking through them.

I’ve been told to edit my original review because they didn’t like the wording - but I didn’t like discovering a 'not real' listing presented as real.

We booked an appartment more than six month in advance, received confirmation and even made a deposit. Approx 30 Days prior to arrival, Nice2Stay informed us that the reservation has been cancelled. They refused to pay or offer us a simliar apparment letting us completely alone. Stay away from this platform - its not reliable and compared to other agencies they are not willing to show goodwill.
