The pressure for me to buy immediately the Therapy chair was terrible. Telling me my GP and Cardiologist aren't helping me with drugs. They got angry that I wouldn't agree to buy chair and insinuated my life will be shortened. 2 weeks later I have very little fluid in my legs as I tried to tell them I was on medication that causes fluid retention. I'm 74 I don't appreciate this kind of bullying.

I was only looking for a service of my 30+ year old bed. Still working and with its elevating facility was brilliant during my bronchial pneumonia! Unfortunately, all the massages on the day heightened my aches and pains to such a degree that I could only just get out of bed the next day!

I have had my NIAGARA massage pad now for more than a year!
I have been using it nearly every day!
The severe cramps I was getting for many years have actually stopped ! if it feels like cramping in my legs I put my legs over the pad and it works like magic! I used to nearly overdose on magnesium but now it’s just a normal amount for Health. The support from the representative is absolutely wonderful ! after all this time Maryanne still gets in touch to see how I’m going.

The customer service is very good and rare in today's world. Your representative Maryanne provide good communication, not only presale but after sale also. She provide good information at the demonstration she did at my home.
Although the Nigara Vibration Pad was originally purchase for my disabled son, I also use it frequently and find very therapeutic. We have used it daily for 2 years now. The quality of the product is very good, finding to robust The connection leads are very well made for long life and the good life from the battery. It is now part of our daily life.

One of my favourite features is the full reclining function. I often find myself napping in the fully reclined position—it’s that comfortable. The support it provides, especially during longer sessions, is unmatched.

Usually I don't stop for a marketer for some reason it caught my eye, I met the lovely Maryanne & the rest is history. I have had my pad since Feb 2021 & use it every day. I have lymphoedema, breathing problems & arthritis. I wouldn't be without it. I had a visit from Maryanne a few days ago & she reminded me of how to make the most of my machines. The follow up from Maryanne has been fantastic.

The key to good service is a good consultant. Maryanne Kent has been an excellent consultant over the past 8 years.

8 years ago I purchased a chair for my late husband when he was diagnosed with cancer. The chair was such a benefit to him, providing significant physical comfort and support with gentle massage. During his last weeks he spent all his time in the chair even sleeping at night. We were both very pleased it made his last months and weeks so comfortable.
More recently I spent many weeks in comfort in the chair while rehabilitating from surgery.
5 years ago I purchased a bed and I am really happy with that, too. I have post-polio syndrome and have fatigue and muscle weakness. The bed is so comfortable and the massage really helps my muscles feel relaxed.
I would recommend a Niagara product to anyone, especially whether you have health issues or not.

I met Maryanne at the Wauchope Show in 2018. She came to my home and gave me a demonstration.
I ended up buying a recliner chair. I absolutely love this great chair. It helps me with my aches and pains.
I don't get cramps at night anymore and it also helps with my circulation.
It is a good pain manager.
It gives great massages too.
I highly recommend Niagara Therapy and my recliner chair as it not only helps my aches but is comfortable too.

I met Maryanne just over a year ago at my CWA meeting. I have both Rheumatoid and Osteo Arthritis and recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Parkinson’s has affected my left leg & foot and caused weakness.

My day starts at 6am with Parkinson’s medication and then I sit with the massage Pad on my back which helps get me going.

It relieves my back stiffness. It’s very soothing. Sometimes I go back to sleep with it on.

I use the hand unit on my feet to help with the circulation and on my thigh for Sciatica.

When we travel in the caravan we take the Pad and hand unit. Last year we went on a cruise and I was able to take the hand unit in my carry on luggage.
I can’t be without it!

Maryanne has followed up regularly with after sales contact to ensure I’m using it correctly and getting the benefits from it

I have had a Niagara Chair for 10 years now and use it every day. It eases my arthritic pain, helps my mobility and reduces fluid in my ankles. The customer service has been great over the years.

I have had a Cyclo Pad since 2021 and use it most days for 30 minutes. I find I get out of my chair much easier, stand up straight with no back pain. I do recommend Niagara Therapy to anyone with similar health issues.

My chair has become a way of life & is used every day 3 times a day. I bought my first chair in 2013 & traded it in for a new one in 2022 because it has been a useful tool for my health. It has been helping me with my Arthritis in my lower back & both my hips. My recent experience with Chubba has been both helpful & thought provoking. I would recommend Niagara to everyone.

Hello there,
I'm so glad I stopped to talk to the lovely lady in the shopping centre. A few days later Eren from Niagara came out and showed me how I would benefit from improved blood circulation and lymphatic drainage. He was very supportive and showed me how I could gain some relief from neuropathy in my feet as well as stiffness in my muscles and joints. It really worked! I've been using the therapeutic massage pad and hand held device daily for about 2 months now. My joints are so much more flexible and my muscles are much looser too. Eren told me it wouldn't cure nerve damage in my feet but increased blood flow would make a big difference to my overall well being. It really has! My feet are feeling so much better now and I can easily wiggle my toes. I must use it every day though. It's not a miracle cure. Use it or loose it as they say. I am very happy with my investment and would recommend it to anyone who is suffering from poor circulation and all of the symptoms related to that.
