Very disappointing experience. The activity was advertised as free/complimentary, but the voucher actually requires an AED 99 payment😂 what a joke . With our transport from our location the transportation cost would be higher than what we are getting 😂There are also several restrictions on when the voucher can be used. (No weekend, no busy day, national holidays and what not)
Plus their terms and conditions says they can cancel the voucher any time🤣🤣 lol
Calling something “free” while requiring a mandatory redemption fee feels misleading. These charges should be clearly disclosed upfront, not after giving the voucher.

🚨 WARNING — Very disappointing experience with Next World Travels.

We were promised free National Aquarium tickets for attending their meeting. When I tried to claim them, I was first told to wait a week, and later to wait 25 days because it was “too busy.” Even after 25 days, I was still told it was busy, and I have not received the tickets.

During the meeting, I also experienced very strong pressure to purchase their package. When I refused, other staff members were brought in and continued trying to convince me.

I am extremely disappointed that the promised tickets have still not been provided. Please be careful and make sure you understand all the terms before attending or purchasing anything.

we were told that we have won 2 free tickets to Snow Abu Dhabi and that we need to go and collect them
We took our kids and spent a total of 95 minutes listening to them while promoting their travelling package and they were very insisting on convincing us to sign up for a high fee, and mentioned that the tickets will be ours wether we decide to sign up for the package or not, but when we said we were not interested in such a package, they gave us this fake voucher and asked us to email them to get the actual vouchers.
Upon emailing them, they said it will be issued after 20 days, then, no response whatsoever.
This is a scam and a waste of people’s time, and your way of insisting is very uncomfortable.
Even before we went, the guy was literally calling and texting every day ! And after we refused to buy the package, he was no longer responding.
What a shame.

My Personal Experience with Nex World Abu Dhabi

I visited Nex World Abu Dhabi after receiving an invitation for a complimentary activity voucher. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

The staff were rude and made us feel uncomfortable. Instead of a welcoming presentation, we felt pressured to purchase their package. When we were not interested, the attitude of the staff changed, and we felt disrespected.

I would not recommend wasting your time if you are only interested in the promotional voucher. This is my personal experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision before attending.

We had a good experience with this agency! They assisted us in booking our tickets for TeamLab and also arranged a dinner buffet for our friends and family, making elit somehow smooth and stress-free.
Their team was responsive, organized. Every detail was handled with care, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience. The TeamLab visit was seamless, and the dinner buffet was well-coordinated and truly enjoyable for everyone.

Thank you Nex world for the lovely dinner. It was very nice experience yesterday. When I was getting ready for the dinner my husband had some doubts and he made me confused and warn me to reconfirm with the Nex world that make sure this is not scam then I really appreciate their patience especially Miss Isha manager called me and shared the payment voucher that this is free of cost dinner for you don’t be worried just enjoy your dinner. This action was very satisfying for us then we had a wonderful dinner at Ramada. I definitely recommend this company for future tours they do not hide anything they are transparent.

Helpful and responsible staff and very professionally care for costumers, I highly recommend to experience your vocation with them, I have a very good experience so far

Humble Staff. Specially Mr Adi , He provided me cheapest flight & hotel for Dubai To Delhi. And Make my stay at Jibhi Himachal Pradesh Awesome with Paragliding, Rafting & Tracking experience. Provided proper local guide Mr Hojaifa having great personality.

Best staff ready to assist with what a customer wants, very satisfied with the hotel arrangements in Luxembourg,happy to see breakfast free in the menu and love with the activities provided by Nex World.
