The online courses are not a waste of…
The online courses are not a waste of time. But you can't start a business without insurance. The insurance company also requires practice. Now I have a very nice online course and paperwork, but I can't start the business itself. Online courses only provide theory, unfortunately you can't learn the practice from it. Hand movements, pressure, etc.

Gel course with next step beauty
I have done a few courses with next step beauty they are very easy to follow and can be done in your own time. I have had to get in touch with them a couple of times and this was very easy to do and I had one person who dealt with it which is great not being passed from person to person.

Enjoyable and Informative
I enjoyed the courses, and have purchased 2 more. The course eBooks are very informative, each unit has useful videos and the tutorials are easy to follow with lots of advice.
The section about starting up a business, advertising etc. was really good but, it would be great if there was a section which gave advice on suggested products and equipment and where to buy them, especially for beginners.

Excellent Courses
Easy to register. Choice of courses explained before deciding which ones to complete. Course was thorough, with printable information. Video training was good, so much easier when you can watch the procedures. Follow up was great, certificate came through quickly. Easy to go back into your course for a refresher if needed. Recommended products are excellent and can be obtained through website. You also get emails afterwards with helpful advice about setting up and running your own business, although there is a section in each course around insurance etc.

Poor
I was doing a nail technician course and I wanted to cancel and get a refund as I was not using it, I have requested 3 call backs and received no call back, no refund and they left me with no money as they took more than they should of aswell! Will never be doing a course with these and I don’t suggest to either!

Upon looking in to your account i can see you have accessed your courses and are over 60% complete. Our courses are digital products and as such when the material has been consumed your cancellation options are limited and on this occasion we had to decline your request.
I can also see a late fee was added on to your account as your payment was over 7 days late. If students experience financial difficulties or expect the payment to be late, we encourage them to reach out and we can extend your payment plan or move the date to one that works for the student.
