After two years and tens of thousands of dollars this clinic has been abysmal, a cold uncaring vacuum pump firmly focused on making as much money as possible yet no care for us a couple. Apparently many of the things that were recommended had 1% and less chance of working and were very expensive. The doctor misrepresented that ultimately recommending my wife try to have a miscarriage to see how her body worked. When we bought eggs they were so aggressively unhelpful it seemed to be because we had not bough eggs from them. When the eggs failed to make embryos they withheld the photos and medical records causing alarm and suspicion. In the end their handling of the donor eggs caused the guarantee to be voided with the egg bank.

Never use this clinic they are only concerned with your bill.

I'm writing this on behalf of my female friend who used their service. She is broken-hearted and can't bring herself to write a review. She was pregnant and undergoing IVF there with Dr. Kulp. Dr. Kulp was setting her up for an egg retrieval and had her take some medications before the procedure. She was pregnant the day before the egg retrieval but because no one on the medical team looked at her blood work the day of and the day before the procedure and the day of the procedure, they killed her baby by accident (incompetence?!)

She found out from her regular doctor who had access to her lab work results online and saw the positive pregnancy tests and asked what happened to the baby. That destroyed her. She told me that the regular doctor joked "perhaps Dr. Kulp shouldn't be in the fertility business if she missed something this basic."

I can't believe they were this bad but after reading other review websites, I'm a believer now.
