We purchased a smoked oak drinks cabinet in December 24. The customer service was excellent with the company responding the same day to our queries regarding the cabinet size. We received clear instructions on delivery and checking of the cabinet. We are very pleased with the quality of the cabinet and would recommend the company.

I recently purchased an oak wine cabinet and was very impressed by the amazing customer service - they replied immediately regarding a couple of queries prior to purchase and the follow up and support, from placing the order to delivery, was incredible. I purchased a hall console table. Unfortunately the doors were faulty. I contacted Newby House and received a very prompt reply - especially for a Sunday. The problem was dealt with a replacement offered. After a few delivery issues - not the fault of Newby House - I received my table in time for Christmas. I'm very pleased with it and I cannot fault my experience with customer service who were extremely helpful.

After having some bad experience buying an item online with another company, where the seller took the money and did not respond to query and commitment on delivery, I was worried about buying certain items online. I found an electric fireplace with “newbyhouseinteriors” which was referred to me by my builder, I reached out to “newbyhouseinteriors” to check on their response and get an understanding of the customer service / warranty etc. I must admit Richard from newbyhouseinteriors, responded to my queries within few hours and I am very pleased with the way he ensured that I am not dealing with a bot. I placed an order for the item after gaining some confidence with Richard & newbyhouseinteriors, the item was delivered within 2 days and well packed. My advice is to always pick up the phone try calling the company and email them to see if they do respond before placing an order. I highly recommend newbyhouseinteriors.

Found it so easy to get in contact with this company and answer my enquiries before I made a purchase. I actually spoke to a human being!!.....get so tired of robots trying to answer. Pleasant, helpful staff, order made, delivered quicker than I thought. Well packaged, good quality stuff. Thankyou Would definitely recommend and wiill be shopping with you again.

I recently purchased 6 Moseley Stitched Waffle Linen Effect Silver Grey Dining Chairs from Newby House Interiors. Not only did they price match, but the transaction was swift and pain free. Communication was excellent and our chairs arrived in perfect condition extremely quickly. Great, comfortable chairs and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Ordering online was straight forward, and communication was good. Whole process was efficient and friendly.

Ordered a tv stand which was simple and straightforward. Received a prompt confirmation e mail outlining the deliver process which is through a 3rd party. Unfortunately I didn't receive a txt which I had to confirm the delivery date so I missed that slot. However the sales manager sorted it out for me and actually gave the delivery company his own mobile number to assure I didn't miss another delivery slot. Tv stand is lovely and matches well with our refurbished lounge was also a good price the cheapest I found on the Internet for the same stand.

I’m always wary about ordering big items online without seeing the quality and pleased to say that I couldn’t fault this company.

I’d seen these bar stools in a large well known store and loved them but they didn’t have them in stock. This was a good thing for us as I sourced them online with Newby Interiors and they were less expensive.

Great experience shopping with Newby House Interiors. I ordered the Black Sintered Stone Oval Dining Table which was exactly what I’d been looking for (and at a much more affordable price).
