Brilliant delivery
The product (stereo audio 3.5mm jack to gold-plated phone jacks) had longer cable than expected but that's OK, and it worked immediately. Arrived in time for a BBC Prom broadcast.

Top service even for a small order
I hesitated to place my small order but even for this tiny order, the service and communication was top. I received the item the day after and a few days later I also received an invoice by the post.
