I have recently purchased some stuff for my customer, after making 10 calls, finally someone answer the phone, NO CUSTOMER SERVICES & NO APOLOGISE FOR THE DELAY, it seems to me that sales advisor was fed up on his job, furthermore "after sale service" is also a bad experience. I’ll not recommend any one to purchase from this online shop, very disappointed and unhappy customer.

Really good service
Really good service. I got my order in at two mins past five, but wanted the goods by next day. I phoned the office and spoke to Brian, who was so helpful and got the product out that day. First class service.

Helpful with their advice and my order was delivered the next day. The cable was of good quality and gave very good results between the equipment I wanted it for.All in all I am very pleased and happy with the product and the service. I have no complaints.
