Whenever I call with a support issue, the customer service reps are always very courteous and take the time to listen to our issues. They are very well trained and if they don't know the answer, they tell me and then get the support that I need from someone else on the team. I am not sure of the date that I called but I know it was last week.

Netchex is a great product, affordable and reliable. We have used them since 2010. I was talked into changing to another platform back in 2000 that lasted all of eight months. I switched back and will not make that mistake again. Netchex is very user friendly and since adding the onboarding process it covers everything that I/we need. My employees love the time and attendance it is so clean and easy to follow. I can recommend without reservation.

I can always count on Netchex Reps to be informative, patient, professional and kind. Any time I have questions or need help walking through on "how to" do items within the Netchex portal I can always count on them. We will be starting NetExpense soon and we are very excited how much time this will save in getting these together. I would recommend Netchex to everyone that is looking for a payroll company to help them, they handle more than just payroll and help us tremendously.

Netchex has always been great with any problems we may encounter. We have multiple properties ranging from 12 employees to over 120 employees. Each with different needs, each with issues that may arise.
Help with reports, whether standard or custom, is spot on! Emergencies may pop up now and then such as power or internet failures, our failure to provide proper notifications, etc. But, every time we have an issue, it's resolved quickly and efficiently.

It has been a pleasure to work with Netchex for our payroll and HRIS needs. Their customer services is top notch! The product is great, user friendly and was obviously designed with input from HR and Payroll professionals! I highly recommend Netchex for your HRIS and payroll needs.

My experience over the last 7 years has been great! However, change takes time and lots of it. Items on the roadmap have been introduced then taken several years to complete (such as benefits). Partnerships with third entities are not always easy and can be frustrating when you can't get file feeds you need to perform your job effectively. Customer service has always been top notch.

Netchex is incredibly user friendly. Getting up and running was simple and the support team has been great making sure everything runs smoothly.

I was hesitant to change to Netchex over a year ago. Set up was a little hectic, but the people were very helpful. Now, I know things have changed (ownership) and I was hesitant about the CHAT and SUPPORT online, but I love those features now. You do not have to wait for an email response. And all those people are very knowledgeable every time I reached out to them.
