Nested Southampton have been amazing from professional photography and videos like no other agent to highlight the vaule of your property, to amazing communication I cannot fault them. From the minute the property went live the quick feedback just an hour after viewings and ensuring I got the best price for my property was something I have never had from any other agent before. My house sold in 4 days it says it all, these guys know what there doing and attract the right attention to your property.

Jack Gundry is a breath of fresh air to your typical estate agent. He was there to support me from start to finish throughout the sale of my house and it was seamless. He’s personable, friendly and most importantly, honest. Thank you, Jack!

In addition his willingness to work flexibly is invaluable, enabling evening & weekend viewings, which you don't get with a high street agency. Super easy process from start to finish! Chris Wallington was really great with communication throughout the sale of my flat. Chris sold my flat within weeks of it going live and ensured my buyer and I were fully clear with timelines.
Chris even helped on my forward purchase as my agent (not a Nested agent) wasn’t chasing the sellers to get paperwork etc through as quickly as we’d have liked.
Overall great experience, and would 100% go back to Chris in the future!

The whole process from putting our house on the market to move date is three months door to door, which has been amazing! It felt smooth, with minimal stress as Chris kept us updated with text messages, calls and also on the Nested app (real time updates regarding your property!)

I can’t recommend Chris highly enough. He and Francesca provided a highly professional service throughout the process of the sale of our house. (We sold in six days!). Lines of communication through their app and WhatsApp were top notch from start to finish. What a refreshing way to run an estate agent business. Where do we begin? From the 1st time I met Chris I knew that if we were going to move house, Nested (and most importantly Chris) would be the only people we would use.
From 1st valuation through to exchange of contracts Chris and Francesca have been absolutely faultless. As others have said, their communication is where they really shine. Gone are the days of calling an office and not getting a reply or constantly chasing for viewer’s feedback – from the App through to our What’s app group, you’re never left waiting for a reply to anything.
Francesca is absolutely the icing on the “local estate agent’s cake”! Approachable, knowledgeable, courteous and highly efficient – she’s made the process so much more bearable. We’ve been in a short chain, (but not without its problems) and we’ve secured an amazing family forever home and sold to some lovely 1st time buyers!

I enquired about a property in East Kilbride which was for sale on February 11th and received an automated email with the seller’s agent details. I replied, requesting the home report, but never received a response.

I called their office multiple times, and every call went to voicemail (Bit of a red flag when an estate agent can’t even answer the phone)

A couple of days later, I did receive a call back from a polite lady in their London office, who assured me that her colleague, Alan Shields, would be in touch and that she would chase him up via email.

Fast forward a week, and I still haven’t received a response from Alan or the home report.

If I were the property owner, I’d be extremely unhappy knowing that a cash buyer had shown interest in my property, yet the agent hadn’t even bothered to reply.

Basic communication is the absolute minimum you’d expect from an estate agent, and this company has failed at the first hurdle IMO, Based on my experience - I wouldn’t trust them to sell my property and by the looks of it, I can’t even buy through them since they don’t answer calls or reply to emails.

Not a great first impression!
