Any & Zea were so friendly and helpful when delivering our sofas. They were super careful and cautious when bringing the products into our property. Great service 👍

I had a furniture delivery today which was several large boxes and the delivery drivers Alfie and Josh were amazing very helpful and super friendly. Thank you.

Kieran and Jason delivers today and we're most helpful. Fast and efficient they had the unit in place quickly and unobtrusively.

Initially wrote a good review but come back to change it. Spent circa £2700 on shiplap some boards were cracked some warped ended up having to nail some to the frame behind most are glued. I did not want to see nails. Some I threw away TURNS OUT i am now 5 boards short. Spoke to Neptune to get a goodwill replacement. They declined! I also spent £2700 on a table and chairs with them earlier this year. Rewally poor service!

Love the Matilda chairs I bought, they are exactly as you describe. The 2 delivery chaps went over and above to deliver and put in place. When they first arrived they could not find my chairs but after delivering a mother load further on they found my chairs, they turned around and returned to my home to fulfil the delivery within the hour. So helpful, friendly and extremely professional.

We recently purchased the Chichester chest of drawers (Tall) and they just great. They fit our alcove perfectly and are of the very best quality. They’re not a light product but it was no trouble for the delivery driver Shane and co. Thanks Neptune.

We visited the Swindon Outlet store today. We found it to be a lovely experience with a lovely range of furniture and accessories. Shame the cafe isn’t open on a Saturday

Unfortunately my double basin vanity bathroom unit was delivered to the wrong floor in my home and upside down which meant the two sinks dropped out damaging them. Worst still after sending an email a few days ago I still have had no response from anyone at Neptune. Not the usual first class service I receive from Neptune.

I have been interested in the Neptune Harrington range. I spoke with Elizabeth on the telephone who was very knowledgeable and helpful,thanks to her advice I shall be making a purchase soon.

Had our kitchen delivered this morning by Ant and Lea. Great guys, friendly, helpful, considerate and quick. All in boxes at the moment so can’t comment on the finished product, but delivery experience and information was spot on. Thanks guys.

I have visited Neptune & Neptune Outlet many times. The showroom is like a big hug that makes me smile every time I go in! The staff are incredible and very welcoming! Everything I have purchased has been brilliant and such a high standard! The cafe is worth a visit too… the food is lovely 👌🏼

Lovely products throughout, and the outlet is well worth a visit. The service is fantastic, with staff who are friendly and highly knowledgeable about all the products. The café is a beautiful spot to enjoy lunch, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend a visit.
