Dawn, Josh and Lucas made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. The cushions look fabulous and we will be back for the table!

The Neptune shop at Redbrick Mill is very nice and the staff were very pleasant but the items I wanted to view which was bed frames only had one example in store and it was back to looking at the Neptune catalogue that is provided to see the other styles.I wanted to view the quality and colour of the products in store which was not possible hence the 4* review

Dave and Steve did a great job of setting up our Neptune garden furniture. They were very friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and were very happy with the result.

We purchased a Holborn Sideboard/ Dresser combination. It is a beautifully crafted piece of furniture and looks absolutely stunning in our sitting room. It has the timeless quality of good craftmanship and heritage, combined with modern style. A big thanks also to the delivery crew who managed to safely navigate this large item into our home.

Excellent quality tree, looks absolutely stunning. This is the 2nd tree that I have purchased from Neptune, I loved the 1st one so much I ordered the 8ft one. I now have both the 8ft and 7ft trees . Excellent service from Neptune and Georgiana at Redbrick .

Informative approachable staff. Staff at Neptune, Redbrick Mill were very helpful and friendly. We were advised delivery could take up to 2 weeks but it took less than a week. Great communication and store checked if the item had been delivered.
