Delivery and unpacking of a table, made by MIHAI- NINEL, last week was first class service. What a gentleman. Professional and so friendly. He took great care unpacking, positioning and polishing the table. A great asset to the company.

The Neptune outlet staff are always so helpful and Jenny goes above and beyond to assist and made my purchase so easy. The delivery team, Shane and Joe, delivered the Ophelia footstool and were a delight, so polite and friendly.

Dining room chairs ordered and expertly delivered by Dean & Lee one week later.

Jenny went above and beyond to source a teapot for me, it arrived very well packaged and extremely quickly.

Brilliant delivery early and great service plus kept me informed from Nev &Jason!

We just had Chris and Evan deliver and build our dining table from the Neptune Outlet store in Swindon. They were both fantastic! They were so friendly and helpful - took the time to show me how everything worked and made sure we were happy. Brilliant service!

We bought some chairs from Neptune Outlet and were delighted with the quality. Kyle and Bailey who delivered them were a credit to the firm: could not have been more friendly or helpful

Absolutely terrible customer service or lack off …I ordered 4 tins of emulsion paint from Neptune and at point of order I requested all the same batch number as one normally would and was reassured by Sophie that would be fulfilled.I was told I would receive notification on arrival …this did not happen as Sophie was away and obviously no one else advised and delayed painting and cost to us.Having collected paint assuming it was checked on point of arrival and it is all different batch #s.Spent most of morning trying to get this problem rectified.Sophie was supposed to have passed over to customer service after many calls who I called myself having not heard back.Warning to other customers for a very expensive paint there is no quality control or common sense used : Jamie from customer services just said mix it and insinuated that it’s impossible to have the same batch # as made up in small amounts! Surely 4 tins can be ordered !!! Or I should have been informed when ordering.When you are paying for a quality paint you expect to start with tins of the same batch #,even if you are going to mix.Very expensive paint,did not expect such poor customer service from a quality shop.I was served by Eve yesterday who was very accommodating and lovely in assisting with eggshell paint for wood.
Thank you for your response Jamie but the painter booked for today,has also requested that we have the same batch # as despite mixing it is obvious you would start a job with all the paint from same batch especially when you are wishing it to be particular colour.The professional painter said he’d never heard of a supplier stating they can’t supply only 4 tins with same batch # never in 30 years of painting.We would like this to be rectified immediately as again it has caused delay in painting and cost to us.

Delivered on time and on date agreed. Two delivery guys Andre and Peter took care bringing the sofas in and setting them up where we wanted. Also took time to inspect them and make sure we were happy. Products exactly what we ordered and very happy with them

Andre and Peter delivered and assembled my Neptune furniture order today. They called ahead to confirm their ETA. They were very careful and considerate when bringing in each piece of furniture so as not to bump walls and doors. Great communication and service, and very happy with my purchases.

Steve and Joe were the nicest delivery guys you could hope for.
Helped put the furniture in the bedroom and took away all the packaging.
Had a lovely chat and consolidated our opinion that Neptune is a fabulous British company to buy from and always a great experience.

Staff could not have been more helpful at Swindon H.O. & outlet centre (especially Evie.) I arrived to discover that the shop does not have level access throughout the store but staff were quick to place ramps throughout, enabling me to access all areas in my wheelchair.
A lot of work has gone in to show off their products in lovely room settings and to make it a very enjoyable experience, made all the better by a lovely lunch in the cafe. The item I wanted had to be ordered but arrived by post a few days later. Very pleased.

After carefully unpacking our items, checking for damage and positioning them, they then kindly removed all the packaging.
Neptune are not cheap but the quality is high, as is the service.
