Neptune - Colchester Recensioni 

We would like to say a huge thank you to Debbie and the rest of the design team at Neptune Colchester for helping our living room design come to life. We are simply blown away by the end result and couldn’t have got the same result without their expertise. It has definitely been the icing on the cake after a long building extension project.
We would highly recommend the design service for anyone who, like we did, feels overwhelmed and would appreciate some gentle direction and creative input. It has made the whole process a pleasure from start to finish.
We had made some poor choices in the past but this we feel has saved us wasting time and money on purchasing furniture that was potentially the wrong fit or wouldn’t last. Thanks again.

About 6 months ago we moved to a new build.
So once again we decided to return to Neptunes to furnish our new house as we wanted quality furniture and advice .
We've grown to love the service that Neptunes supplies.
So once again of we went to The Colchester Store for advice on furnishing as I didn't have a clue and my Mrs needed some ideas and help.
After many visits (which included taking photos and plans etc ) and chats with the crew we were given several ideas to peruse.
As time passed the staff seemed to spend endless time helping us.
With each visit to the store we were confronted with helpful, conscientious and most of all friendly professional staff ( also a cup of coffee😄 ) .
Our furniture was kept on hold so that everything was delivered on the same day.
On delivery day staff were on site helping to arrange everything and liaising with the delivery driver's ensuring everything went smoothly.
Our rooms are now beautifully fully furnished . We had a couple of small niggles but these have been professionally sorted by Colchester .
Our special thanks must go to Debbie , Mandie , Sarah and Charlene for there excellent personal professional customer service . Although I must add all the other staff are pleasent .
All staff are a credit to The Neptunes Brand.
Also thanks to the 2 delivery men of the 22/09/26 the names of which I have sadly forgot.
Me and especially my wife have once again caught
The Neptune Bug 😂😂

I want to write a review about Alfi &Josh the delivery guys. I can’t thank them enough for their support and hard work over the last 2 days with 2 Home Design installations! Nothing was too much trouble and they were so polite and helpful to our customers. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had looked everywhere for a new suite but kept returning to the original one we saw in this Neptune store .
It is our favourite Neptune & all the ladies are friendly & helpful .
The lovely Diane was helping us & in conversation we said that we were not sure how to configure it in our lounge . We were totally redecorating & I was also unsure of how to bring my colours together . She suggested we had a visit from one of their interior design team . Hence our journey began with the delightful Debbie Pearce .
She understood exactly what we wanted & spent time on advising & helped us considerably in bringing all our colours & furniture together . I cannot praise her enough & we're both very grateful .
The delivery was exactly as arranged & the guys unpacked all goods carefully & took away all packaging .

We ordered the Arundel table, bench with Tilbury dining chairs and Tilbury bar stools for the kitchen island and all looks as amazing as we hoped!
Alfi and Kieran who delivered, unpacked and fitted the goods were super professional and so very quick in getting everything sorted and the rubbish taken away. Excellent service from store to receipt of goods, thanks Neptune

We have shopped at this store for many years. The staff as so professional kind and great at listening to what your vision is and then helping bringing it together with bells on. Over the last 4 months we have been working exclusively with Debbie Pearce to totally reform our lounge. She is so talented what we thought we wanted was nothing like we got. Her ideas totally elevated our lounge beyond our dreams I can’t highly recommend Debbie if you need advice on anything this is the lady you should speak. Thank you Debbie for bringing our dream to life we absolutely love love our Lounge simple put - not only are you a lovely person but hugely talented

The two delivery men were extremely helpful and accommodating in putting together the piece of furniture and placing it where required. I was grateful too for them removing all the packaging and taking with them for recycling. Thank you!

Helpful and friendly service from start to finish I had to rush out just before delivery was due delivery arrived and they realised I was in 10. They moved the bins so that they could place my package out of sight of the road where it could not be seen . left me a note very thoughtful caring great deliveries .

I always get such a warm welcome, the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Debbie who was our interior designer was just fantastic, she took great care in coming up with a wonderful scheme for our sitting room. Can’t recommend her and the team at Neptune enough, fabulous staff and fabulous furniture!

Josh and Alfie were her on time, really polite and warm characters who installed everything and peft with the packaging. Lovely experience

Alfi and Josh delivered a coffee table to us. They were smart, friendly and professional. They made sure the item was centred properly in the room and tidied away the packaging which they took with them. A speedy, efficient service.

Our dresser arrived a day earlier than expected, but not a problem!! We are very pleased with the dresser.
Your delivery personnel - Callum and Stilyan -were polite and helpful, and everything is to our satisfaction.

The greeting as soon as you step through the door, by cheery happy staff. The products are impeccable and room sets and styling are inspiring, I wanted to buy everything!
But the personality of it, your made to feel as if that store is solely for you. I was introduced to all the staff is was fab. Unlike any experience I’ve had before where staff really couldn’t give a jot!
Well done Neptune, totally looking forward to my nxt visit.

Neptune delivery drivers Sean and Josh were very efficient and personable.
They assembled the furniture and took it upstairs without any problems.

A visit to Neptune in Colchester is always worthwhile. The staff are always friendly, informative and helpful. Even if you just want ideas on colour schemes or ideas on placing furniture in you own home they are happy to spend the time to listen.

Thankyou to all the staff at Colchester, for reporting a small issue we had. Thankyou especially to Sean and Josh who helped with the problem we were not able to figure out, with the shelves, and in no time sorted it for us.

Delivery was on time and the guys were super polite. André unpacked and checked the product before taking away the packaging.

Andre & Liam delivered my furniture with great care & carried the chairs upstairs without question. Telephoned ahead of delivery which is very helpful.
