Lee and Tom delivered and assembled the large Chichester triple wardrobe. They both were very professional and deserve a special mention.
Peter was very helpful from the Customer Service Dept to ensure everything went smoothly prior to delivery and after.
The wardrobe is very good quality and looks great in situ.
We have been Neptune customers for many years and always very pleased with our purchases and after sales support.

I was telephoned by Andre & Tomas to inform me they where20mins away with my delivery from Neptune, very polite & courteous nothing was too much trouble.

Easy to order, great comms, arrived on time. Very happy with purchase. Alfi and Josh professional delivery and great service.

I purchased an Ophelia Footstool in Natural Flag 6 months ago. The cushion started to mis shape and knots started appearing in the fabric.
Somebody was sent out to have a look and proceeded to push the knots back in and I was told this was the weave of the Fabric.
The store then said they wouldn’t change it because the report said it was the weave. I do not think the quality reflects the price and asked as a compromise could I just have a new cover in a different fabric. They refused.
To say I am very disappointed is an understatement and I am left with an expensive piece off furniture that I am not happy with. I would not recommend the aftercare and will not be purchasing anything again from Neptune. 🙁

The Chester store is lovely, easily accessible, plenty of parking and set out and staged beautifully. The large store allow you to see a large range of products. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We visited the Chester store on Tuesday to look at garden furniture and had excellent customer service from India, thank you! 😊

From the In Store browsing, to the friendly assistants who helped us order 'on line' in store (if that makes sense!)
The stores are always well laid out and the items displayed in appropriate settings.
Never any pressure to buy and you can take your time to browse.
On line or in store purchase's are super easy. Quality products and many that are truly unique.
Have been in many times since for more items.

Chester celebrating 30years, fabulous hosts, customer service excellent as always

We always have such a lovely experience at Neptune Chester. Every visit feels welcoming, and the team are consistently friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help without ever being pushy.

This weekend was particularly special as we were greeted with a glass of fizz to celebrate the store’s 30th birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the visit feel even more memorable.

The showroom is always beautifully presented and full of inspiration, but it’s the wonderful team that keeps us coming back. We genuinely love popping by and would highly recommend a visit. Congratulations on 30 years, and here’s to many more!

There is always a friendly and helpful welcome at Chester Neptune. The event was very pleasant and of course, the products on sale are very good.

Excellent experience at Neptune. Hannah and India couldn’t have been more helpful or knowledgeable throughout the whole process. The quality of the products is outstanding, and they really took the time to help me make the right decision. I purchased the Wardley bed and mattress and am absolutely delighted with them. Excellent customer service from start to finish — highly recommend.

Neptune Chester staff are always so welcoming and friendly, making us tea and coffee, but leaving us to mooch at our own pace.

Both Andre and Liam were very mannerly and helpful. The handover process was excellent.

I love visiting. There is always a warm welcome at the Mickle Trafford store, and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, as well as very knowledgeable. The store is tranquil and calm and lovely to browse around. In essence a wonderful experience, with a wonderful team of people to help make the experience a very pleasant one.
