Fantastic experience and design!
We had a fairly traumatic start to our building project but luckily had already ordered our kitchen from Neptune who have provided amazing support and service despite the challenges. This meant that we had one less thing to worry about. They were there for us again when we needed a tailored solution to enable us to meet our environmental ambitions - and when we were finally ready, the fitting was seamless and professional.
We have a beautiful and practical kitchen and utility that are a pleasure to be in. Huge thanks to Tracey, Chloe, Leon and the rest of the team!

I went to Neptune Chesham first thing on a Saturday morning as my first port of call for buying a wedding gift for some close friends.
As I entered the store I was met by a cheery smile and greeting from Mary and Jo. Normally I just mooch around to find what I want but they were so welcoming that I found myself explaining to Mary that I’d come looking for some wedding gifts and asked if she had any ideas. Mary could not do enough to assist me, she asked intelligent, incisive questions to help establish a mental picture of the couple I was buying for, quickly pulled out some pieces and laid them on the front desk for me…and accompanied me around the store to help me find other pieces which caught my eye. She then made me a very good cup of coffee and patiently went in search of brand new items from the stockroom to ensure I had pristine boxes and products for wrapping.

While all this was going on I had a lovely chat with the equally amiable Jo and Adam, who gave me a run through of how their merchandising and staging works when I commented on that aspect of their job.

From start to finish it was a stellar example of authentic, kind, customer service. I emerged an hour and a half later having basically had a personal shopper and I was very pleased with the pieces Mary helped me pick.

I highly recommend this store. Great experience and nice to be assisted by genuine, patient, fun staff who are passionate about their work.

We have a great new kitchen.
We love our kitchen, we love the fact it is made of wood, we love the style, we love the larder cupboard.
The kitchen is is great it suits our open plan living/dining/ kitchen area. The style is brilliant, Chloe the designer was very knowledgeable and patient. Very important as I changed my mind a number of times. James the Technical chap was very detailed and made sure the dropped housing for the extractor was in the right place.
If you are looking for a new kitchen i highly recomend looking at a Neptune kitchen.

First time at Neptune very impressed. Particularly by Jo who asked if we needed any help and was friendly, informative and a good sense of humour. We will return.

I went to look at tables, and to buy some beautiful pasta bowls! Not only did I come away totally inspired by the lovely layout and super friendly and helpful team but ended up buying a collection of items to fill my new home. Can’t wait to shop again.

Popped into Neptune Chesham on recommendation this weekend and what a treat! Gorgeous store, perfect ambiance and the staff were so friendly despite being very busy. Jo especially went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We were impressed all round! Next time we are down we will definitely be making a return visit.

Just popped in on my first visit to the designer weekend and received great service from the store leader Tracey and designer Chloe. The store is so beautiful with a relaxed ambience and the staff are lovely, I could have stayed for hours! I will be back to book a kitchen appointment very soon.

Communication is poor. QR code on the receipt doesn’t link to the website so have to take a screenshot to find out information.
Ordered a small table on 2/1/23, still no update despite saying delivery to store would be between 13th- 20th (now 22nd). Called store 3 times, no one picks up.
Whilst the products look lovely, in a competitive market the distribution and delivery of products is poor compared to rivals. They need to up their game!

Disorganised. They can never find my order! In one case they had actually put it on the shop floor and sold it.

The very caring people working at the Chesham store made our first experience of buying a new kitchen as easy as possible. Our kitchen designer Chloe was full of innovative suggestions to ensure that we were able to have the kitchen we have always wanted. The units were beautifully packed on arrival and expertly fitted into our tiny kitchen space by Anthony who despite challenges caused by the lack of space was constantly providing solutions to any issues that arose. Thank you to the whole Chesham team for your wonderful customer service!

So impressed with this lovely store. We bought a kitchen and it is so well made and the design service was top drawer. Jodie left no stone unturned and was not at all pushy but considered what was in our best interests. The after sales care was spot on too, something sadly lacking in so many businesses and yet so important. So good to have old fashioned customer service.

Visited Neptune for the first time as my wife and I had been advised to visit by friends. Very impressed by the store, design and products. We were greeted by Emily who was very helpful and polite, making a good impression. Although we bought a couple of smaller items, we are planning renovations so will be back for furniture. Kitchens also look of very high quality. Please thank Emily for her time and patience with our many questions!

Its, always such a pleasure to visit Neptune in Chesham I have visited several of your branches but feel the service here is top dollar . The team could not be more helpful Tracy the manager runs a very professional team , Imogen along with Emily are always enthusiastic and incredibly helpful their knowledge of the products is brilliant and nothing is to much trouble . Your only ever as good as your team and the experience here starts as soon as you enter the shop . Big round of applause to you all another lovely enjoyable experience today .
