The most beautiful store and the loveliest staff! I could easily spend all day in here! A must visit!

Fantastic store with the most helpful employees. This store is laid out impeccably, it’s hard to leave without wanting everything. So many ideas, and the attention to detail is second to none. The staff members are so attentive and more than happy to assist and help create and enhance on your dreams and plans.

I love this store, so glad we have such a super place to shop in Belast. The accessories are great and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Shopping here just makes my day. Love it 😊😊😊

Absolutely love our Belfast Neptune store! First came across the brand in Bristol and couldn’t believe we actually had on here in NI! Every visit is such a treat. Everything looks beautiful, inviting, warm and welcoming. As shopping should be - an experience. Staff are so friendly no matter how big or small the purchase. I love the shopping bags - I’ve started a collection of each of the colours! Can’t wait to come back and browse all the new stock!

The Belfast store is such a relaxing and chilled atmosphere, so many beautiful items and displays. Very inspirational. The team are so friendly and very helpful and informative. Always look forward to a visit

Neptune is a High Street shop which is my favourite place to visit to get inspiration for new ideas.
It's an absolute visual treat from the moment you enter the store. There is an array of ideas in amongst a perfectly styled showroom. I always come away with something.

Neptune in Belfast is the most beautiful store it gives me so much interior inspiration. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable and every product I have purchased is of the highest quality. Neptune Belfast is one of my favourite places in Belfast for a nosey and some inspiration - and perhaps a swaying factor in buying a property in the area to renovate! My first visit was last Christmas (2020) to buy baubles for a Christmas tree - the staff were so friendly and helpful and even offered to sign me up to receive the catalogue! I’ll definitely be back.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It’s a really personal service. From design to helpful hints. Fabulous paints and the furniture is much admired. Very high quality all round.

Neptune Belfast is a must visit, the showroom is just impeccable, spacious and beautifully presented. There is an array of ideas in amongst perfectly styled room sets and inevitably I always come away with something. The staff are always so helpful and welcoming.

It is my pleasure to write a review for Neptune Ormeau Road Belfast store, I always look forward to visiting the store from the welcoming staff who are always eager and willing to help with any of your queries. I never fail to come away from the store feeling inspired by the stunning floor displays. The staff always keep you fully informed about any orders placed and how long you are likely to wait on these. I would like to say a special thank you to Nicole Adley who I dealt with recently she went the extra mile to keep me up to date on my Havana dining chairs and even rang me after the chairs were delivered to see if was pleased with them. Can't recommend this store highly enough. The experience from the moment you enter the store is exceptional. I recently visited the store for ideas and advice on creating a home office for permanent use. The design staff had great ideas on how best to use my limited space. Looking forward to returning to the store for future home improvements.

Nicole was extremely helpful in sourcing a replacement part for a wash stand which was purchased five years ago. The correct part was delivered promptly. Excellent customer service.

Going into the Neptune store is an absolute visual treat made even better by the extremely helpful and friendly staff.
I’ve had the pleasure of availing of the Neptune interior design service. Jill has been so very helpful and patient in exploring the many options with me and generous in her professional advice. Despite being super busy, she never makes you feel anything is too much trouble or rushed.
Inevitably in these times there were a few issues, but these were ultimately very satisfactorily resolved.
Nicole has been super efficient on the follow up admin parts, which I sincerely appreciated also.
We are very pleased with the end result to date ....🙂

I love shopping here, the experience from start to finish is always so enjoyable. The store is well presented and stocked and the staff are always on hand with advice. I went in to shop for decorative pieces and was well advised on how to make it look the way I wanted.

The quality of Neptune products is excellent. The staff in the Belfast store are friendly and knowledgeable about their products.
