Had a lovely visit to the Bath Store, we went to the onsite cafe, which was delicious, and then had a look around the store, met the Manager of the store Scott who was delightful and very knowledgeable about the products and back ground of how Neptune started, made us feel very welcome, even gave us a candle and a bag. Lovely day out.

On entering the shop I received a warm welcome and greeting from the staff member. I then looked round and was helped to pick up booklets and samples relevant to my room planning. That member also helped me think through room colours with the displays sparking my ideas, and talked about how to best combine dark wall paint and lighter elements in a room, and cushions to mix and match. I was helped to pick up my free candle for signing up to emails and given a choice of bag colour to pick from. So friendly and helpful a team, they helped make a lovely afternoon. They said goodbye warmly and they said they hoped to see me again. The team were Ellie, Hayley and Cath.

Tracy was most helpful and produced the beautiful cut glass wine glasses I was looking for.

Kye and Callum arrived early (which was a good thing), were efficient and courteous, and carefully delivered four chairs down two narrow flights of stairs to the garden. The chairs themselves are sturdy and attractive, and make a nice addition to my dining area.

The service from Neptune has been excellent - from the shop in Bath and the delivery guys Nev and Evan who were so helpful and friendly . They did a great job setting my table up and with information regarding its care . Would definitely use Neptune again !

The delivery men were superb- Steve and Ryan. Their customer service and product knowledge was excellent. We had a large order and 2 chairs didn’t quite fit and they liaised with customer service and sorted it out with no fuss whatsoever. A credit to Neptune!

Perfect delivery of two high back bar stools which was easy to track. Gentlemen who delivered them with care and adjusted the wooden legs for me. No wrapping to dispose of. Very pleased.

Our experience in the Bath store today was 'a breath of fresh air' from a retail point of view. Attended to by Will who was friendly, helpful and professional. As business owners ourselves we know how important this is, he is a real asset to the company.

I went to Bath Neptune unfortunately it is my nearest one I leave in Dorset. It is always very welcoming and friendly but it was the after sales that really impressed me. It was the Manager of Bath and Reading Store that helped me to me it isn’t just about buying lovely purchases it’s also about if you have any issue no matter how large or small they put them right I really respect that and would buy from them again and again. So big thank you Neptune.

Beautiful smooth silky feel to the Albertine bedding set with a touch of classy subtle grey piping to the edges of the duvet and pillow cases.

After waiting over three months for delivery when the items were delivered they took the packaging off outside in the lane which was muddy ( bear in mind I’ve got a drives and I paid extra for white glove ) they dropped a cushion that got mud all over it, have reported to Neptune, it’s been two weeks and they haven’t even bothered to reply, overall very disappointed. Certainly wouldn’t recommend or buy from them again.
