The guys at Neon Creations were amazing. Fast, effort free ordering and all together great set of very skilled people! They made a new sign for our new shop and repaired our old sign (they had made this one years ago for us too) 5* business. If you need neon (don’t use LED it’s not the same) this is the place to go.

I turned to Neon Creations after falling foul of the scam over at Neonbeach.

From the first email 3 weeks ago to the delivery today I have had an easy and problem free purchase. I had a custom sign created and was walked through the whole process by Catherine. This involved advice and recommendations on what would be most suitable for my needs. At no point was there an attempt to lead me into a decision I wasn’t happy with. I received regular updates and didn’t feel like I was forgotten once money changed hands.

The sign arrived today and it blew me away. It was better than I ever anticipated. The delivery was even at the exact time I was told, with the driver providing advice and instructions how to treat and hang the sign if I choose to.

To memory this is the best service I’ve received and considering the difficulties everyone is facing at the moment that is something they can be proud of.

Ordered online without any knowledge of neon signs received several emails helping me make choices and information on where and how it should be installed. Invited to see the sign when finished it was Amazing way beyond what we expected. Visiting the Store is a must the owners so friendly and knowledgable we even got a demonstration on how to make the glass tubes. The sign needed to travel abroad and they arranged everything even through the COVID situation. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Brilliant service from a lovely team and my neon (and it is PROPER neon not LED or plastic like so many companies out there) is outstanding. Thanks for suggesting I had it in my own handwriting too - I can't tell you how special that is and to be honest, if you can make it my handwriting you can make anything! Can't recommend Neon Creations enough (and their workshop is like fairyland!).
