Neck on the Line jewellery Recensioni 

I’ve ordered jewellery from neck on the line before and I’ve always been impressed with the quality for the price. I ordered the £50 lucky dip box and was however very disappointed at the quality of what was sent, it could not of been worth £50 never mind the £100 that was claimed. The necklaces I’ve received I’ve never even seen on the website or Instagram and look cheap and tacky compared to the example box.

Ive been shopping with NOTL for 3 years now and they are my absolute go to for jewellery! its hard to find good quality and it still being affordable and NOTL give u that, so many beautiful unique pieces, I wear most of mine everyday and they are still perfect, I've gotten my mum, sister and friends hooked, highly recommend NOTL!!! :)

pretty jewellery i haven’t seen anywhere else, good quality for decent prices. lovely owner too! Joanna gives discounts regularly; once there was a malfunction when I purchased an item and my discount didn’t apply so Joanna made sure to refund the difference. i’ve bought quite a few pieces and I have been happy with every experience :)

I have been shipping with NOTL for 5 years and have always received perfect jewellery, now all My friends shop here! Also so happy to support and female owned small business! Customer service is excellent, never had any problems and will continue to shop here as long as I can woo!

Jewellery is ok quality but customer service is non existent. Multiple emails went unanswered, wrong size and unable to return. Would not order again.

Jewellery is nice but customer services is a shambles. Bare responses on DM and over email and seems like it’s just one person running this all? Still awaiting confirmation of my returned goods with no response. Not happy

I have had the neckless for over 6 months, and it is still gold and shiny, and I have been showing with it, and don’t take it off

I recently bought the coffee amulet necklace and it's one of the best pieces if jewellery I've ever bought. The quality is amazing and the customer service was perfect. The delivery was so quick as well. Amazing!!

Ordered the braided luxe necklaces after weeks waiting for restock. Took a while to receive the order and I was disappointed with the jaipur charm necklace; the clasp was on the wrong side of the charm as opposed to the standard way making it hard to put on.
Like the other reviews, I agree that customer service is absolutely dire; slow responses and then nothing at all.

Would not recommend this company. It's not just about the quality of the products but the customer service that makes a shopping experience good. Need to work on that to build a loyal customer base

I recently ordered one of the new braided luxe chain with a horoscope charm, it arrived super quickly and the quality is amazing! I’m completely in love with it!

Firstly just want to say how LOVELY the jewelry is! Never disappointed when Im scrolling through the Instagram account. I bought a gold plated necklace a couple years back and it’s still going strong with no fade even with wearing it daily! Communication is fast and so is the delivery! Recently I ordered a few new favourite items, when they arrived I instantly put on the amber earrings and unfortunately lost one while out and about 😿 i mentioned this to Jo in conversation via insta when letting her know I received the order, the following week, a parcel came and I was sent a single amber earring to replace the one I had lost 🥺 it’s the little things! ❣️ Always shop small businesses! ❤️ 10/10

I purchased three items, one necklace and two bracelets, initially they looked lovely. However, upon further inspection the quality of the pieces are extremely disappointing as is their customer service.

The necklace and bracelets I received are inconsistent in plating. Whilst the owner insists this is due to the gold not being to reach certain areas, I really do not think this to be the case, otherwise why are some links better plated than others? The owner also mentioned this is “not visible” when worn, yet again not true as previously mentioned the plating is inconsistent,  there are areas with more silver exposed . This is just an excuse for poor quality/workmanship for badly plated jewellery. Would a customer expect to receive a incomplete product? No, I don’t think so. But the company certainly believes the quality is satisfactory for the price!

As the jewellery received were of unsatisfactory quality, I would expect the company to do the right thing and cover the cost of returning the items. Unfortunately, they did not offer this and will not cover the cost of returns. I am not surprised, and should have listened to the previous reviewer about poor customer service.

Very disappointing experience overall and will be returning all items for a refund at my own cost. And certainly will not be buying from this company again.

I ordered a necklace for Valentine’s Day on February 7th. I completely understand not getting it in time for the holiday, however it is March 8th and I still have not received it. I have paid extra for the shipping information and still have not received any information. I have contacted the owner multiple times and they take about 5-7 days to respond. The response is typically a once sentence question that takes another 5-7 days to hear back. Worst costumer service I have experienced. I would not recommend ordering from here. The Jewelry looks nice online but would not put my “neck on the line” with this company.

Update: The package was lost in the mail. The company is not at fault for that. However, the communication of the company was tedious. I was issued a full refund a month after Valentine’s Day. It was an overall disappointing experience.

Wow.... I ordered my sister and I matching anklets for Christmas with our different birth years. Firstly, the quality of the packaging is unmatched. I honestly felt butterflies opening the box for the first time and got that wow moment! I expected the anklets to be roughly placed but they were neatly aligned next to each other which really showcased their style. The branding is pristine and the products are of such high quality. It really did feel like a designer product. The anklets took less than a week to arrive too. I DM'd the brand to say thank you via Instagram and was surprised to get a message back too. Love a business like this one and would definitely recommend to a family or friend.

I LOVE their products/ jewelry! Very well made and beautiful pieces!! Shipping from the UK sometimes takes a little bit, but it’s well worth it. I have two pieces and I’m OBSESSED with them! I plan on buying more soon!
