This is the 3rd we have used Neatsmith to install wardrobes for different projects. Recently we had them install wardrobes in our whole house. A special thanks to Mel and her team at Neatsmith Hatch End. They were fabulous and as always very accommodating to all our needs.

Their products as always are of very high quality and the workmanship is second to none. This whole process was very smooth with great communication throughout. I highly recommended Neatsmith and look forward to working with them again in the near future.

Fantastic service, super happy with our wardrobes , dressing table and chest of drawers .
Hannah from hatch end showroom was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions regarding this project from start to finish she was prompt with getting designs and drawings done , she was very professional, knowledgeable & approachable. Ivan and Laszlo were very professional from fitting department and done a fantastic job. Christina from customer service department was also very helpful and replied to our emails acted on our requests promptly .
The whole team from showroom to fitters to customer service was just superb. Highly recommended!

What a brilliant service! Both professional, concise, and we’re blown away by the overall final look and design of our wardrobe and dressing table. Worth every single penny!

We had issue with some clereance requirements needed inside the unit to keep in place the boiler warranty, Neatsmith took control of the situation checking directly with the manufacturer, and shaping the design accordingly.
So from a very stressing situation it suddenly become a very smooth process again, as the other two previous experiences we had.
I am glad to confirm that I highly recommend them.

We used neat smith for our new self build. We went to the Chelsea store , the store is beautiful and very inspiring, the product blew us away with lots of ideas from the first impression..

We were very fortunate to have been allocated Franchesca who was extremely helpful incredible product knowledge and just really conscious in getting everything right for us , she allowed us to bounce lots of ideas around until we got the perfect look and worked with our budget , Franchesca was at the end of the telephone whenever we needed her and happily accommodated us with each visit .
The 4 wardrobes and 1 cloak area are all fitted now and look absolutely amazing the soft gold tones with stunning fabrics I couldn’t be happier ..
Also need to mention the instal guys apologise I don’t know the names but they left my very particular husband who’s project managing the house very happy no damage to anything surrounding that was already finished which is always a worry , so thank you to the instal guys too ..

Going forward I would 100% use neat smith for every reason , they aren’t cheap but equally when you have the finished items they are without doubt worth every penny

The design is not only beautiful but also fits perfectly within the space, complementing the rest of my space. The quality of the materials is very high quality and I can tell it’s built to last.

Brilliant service from start to finish. We had two wardrobes fitted in our house and we were delighted with every stage of the process. We have had wardrobes fitted to previous properties in the past, but Neatsmith were head and shoulders above what we had experienced before. Their designers were very attentive to our needs. They came up with both elegant and practical solutions, making the most of our high ceilings downstairs and some awkward spaces in our loft conversion. We are very happy with our Neatsmith wardrobe, office and entertainment unit they recently installed.

From design to delivery and installation Neatsmith were very helpful, professional and responsive.

The design team of Zaynah, Francesca and Josephine developed very creative and practical solutions to our needs and requirements. They provided very useful, functional and attractive designs that beautifully enhanced our home .

The installation team of Tina, Laura, Vlad, Laszlo and Urii made real the designs created earlier. We were kept well informed of delivery schedules and installation times. In our home, the installers worked quickly, cleanly and as quietly as possible with power tools. All furniture was covered to protect against dust. They would vacuum as they cut or drilled to prevent tracking dust and debris as they moved about. The installers were very particular that we had excellent results and were satisfied with the outcome.

Great quality product although the lead times were longer than we hoped for, the final result was really fantastic. The team, namely Francesca, Aimee and the fitter Marcus have all be brilliant throughout. Highly recommended.

They are just the best , repaired a wheel on a door for me 14 years after purchase .
Their products and team support just tops , honestly best wardrobes ever .

I took a long time to look at different options for our wardrobes and while Neatsmith was the most expensive I am so pleased I decided to go with them. The quality of the product is far superior to the others I looked at. They look absolutely beautiful. The fitter was great, they were a bit slow to get going as the delivery came a bit late so he came back on the Sat morning to finish which was really good of him.
Do check your measurements - we checked ours after the survey and they were not correct so Ed our designer came out and checked and agreed ours were right.

I used Neatsmith for my new home and the finish is so stunning, adding elegance making you feel so happy. Thanks for Josephine and Fransceca at Chelsea Showroom and Olegs who did a meticulous job installing the products.

We are still waiting for our finished doors. It will be the third time having fitters in. The major issue I have however is the end to end communication just not being good enough for a high end product such as these wardrobes.

We put our order with Neatsmith in early May. I still don’t know when the final doors are going to be with me.

The sales consultant was knowledgeable and attentive to our needs but as soon as it gets passed to the ‘onboarding’ production team, the communication and process becomes more unclear.

Product is about the end to end process and how you make people feel. I am sure the end product will be fine but I don’t feel in a great place to recommend them.

So happy with the design service and quality of Neatsmith. Right from the initial design stage we felt all our needs were met and the many options outlined were perfect for our project. The installation team were professional clean tidy and very efficient. We couldn’t be happier with the end result of our dressing rooms each have an individual design and look amazing. Neatsmith recently designed and built furniture for two rooms in my house. One was a study and the other a TV/lounge room with a built in display and TV unit.
From start to finish, Mel provided a professional service and were very patient with our requirements. Suggestions and design support was provided, and they had the expertise to provide design solutions and suggest ideas where I was not sure. We were able to brief over the the phone and provide examples of what we liked, which Mel took into consideration when showing design concepts. The project only required one visit to the showroom which we wanted to do in person to choose colours and wood. The range is luxurious, professionally fitted and to a high standard. Workmen fitted the furniture and cleared up after themselves which was a bonus. We have had many compliments on our fitted furniture and would highly recommend.

We are absolutely delighted with our dressing room and office. Our entire experience with Neatsmith was positive from beginning to end. Frankie was outstanding throughout the design process, ensuring every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the installation was carried out with the utmost professionalism and quality. Overall, we feel we have received excellent value from this company, we enjoyed a pleasant and stress-free experience, and will be enthusiastically recommending them to our friends and family.
