A very buggy service - it simply does not work: students cannot see their results no matter what the teacher does. It is completely unclear where the programmers of this “service” got their hands from.

1) Destroyed my lessons by not supporting classic slides anymore.
2) ¨Promised to stop my next payment for account, but they still tried to charge me.

Terrible, user-unfriendly company! Don't trust them! Years of work down the drain.

Horrible. I accidentally subscribed to the annual membership one year and they refused to cancel and refund me. Here we are the next year and they pre-deducted $397 out of my bank without my approval. I have not even updated my old card, so there's no way they can be deducting anything from my account unauthorized. Even if it's a pre-deduction, the bank treats it like it already been deducted. I tried to call in as soon as I got an emailed receipt to have them refund and take me off, but all I got was some voicemail asking to send them an email. Now I'm waiting as my $397 waits in limbo. I'm so angry. I used to love them so much, but no way.

The customer service is absolutely horrible - they say I am first in line and then get cut off before any human answers. I have called 50+ times and can't get in touch with anyone. I also emailed multiple times and can't get a real human to email me back.

I used to LOVE nearpod and taught it to all my colleagues - but NOT ANYMORE.

i only hate it cuz of unskippable videos questions and teachers can make it so only they move slides this is only a worse version of google slides!
